Hotel condition is ok once. Although it is an old hotel, it was tidy and clean. The beds and pillows were very comfortable. The bathroom is clean. The shower room has music therapy, but it was amazing. Amenity is Morton Brown, and the coffee machine is Nespresso. Coffee is of course free. There was no electric port. Very friendly staff. I arrived at the pharmacy the day I arrived, so there was no pharmacy open. However, the desk staff worried and looked up and remembered me a few days later and asked my best regards. I also asked you to recommend a restaurant, but I have a really good house. Water and drinks are always available in the lobby, and in the afternoon you can have a delicious snack in the lobby. Please clean up your sleeping room in the morning and clean up your room so you can sleep in the afternoon. The room is always tidy, so every time I enter, I feel good. I saw you tidying up the bathroom by accident. It was an old hotel that smelled like a sewer, but I couldn't complain because it was so carefully managed that I couldn't blame it. The smell is fine if you close the bathroom door well. Besides, I didn't like frustration, so I kept the windows open so I thought it was better. Oh, when you organized it in the afternoon, you might have snacks like candy or tarts. I wandered around and ate really good. Breakfast was just the right kind (vegetables, cheese, ham and sausage, eggs, fruits, bread, milk, juice, coffee, etc.). The manager was very friendly at breakfast. Oh, we had wine and steak with room service. The location is perfect .. Buses, trams and subway stops are right in front of you and you can walk to the sea just a few steps away. There are many good restaurants nearby. The Trem takes you directly to the main tourist attractions ... Ah, the flats near the hotel make it easy to walk around. I am more than happy to see you later. I recommend it.

Perfect, close to everything, we made almost all walks, restaurants and places to take breakfast nearby, the most remote walks/destinations gave to use the metro, others because not being served by the metro we use the bond and/or bus , these are well filled, I recommend taking Uber, it is not expensive and it is worth it for convenience to reach the most remote destinations. The only inconvenient, always has one (smile) at least, was the acoustic isolation between the apartments that were in different floors; on my apartment there was a family with some children who were running in the apartment during the night (sleep a little later than my family), the noise/vibration of the footsteps in the upper floor was very disturbing, but soon it stopped when everyone was going to sleep, did not compromise the stay, but it can be a problem with certainty, it will depend on who is hosted in the upper floor. Well, that's, even with the problem of the acoustic hospitation I would host again in that establishment, we were very well taken on the reception, even let us up with the bags and then return to check-in, I found that very good and kind from the reception.

You have to get a code for accessing the door before you arrive. This was ”not easy” in our case. We had booked the apartment via Expedia via a travel agency. On the day before our departure we had no code yet. Thanks to the good service quality of the travel agency, which have been very intensively struggling. We had the code a few hours before departure from Germany. NERVEREI! This was not the bad service yet to end. We arrived and entered the code on the vibrant street we were in a cold corridor. A screen said we should try on the virtual reception now. *stun* after about half an hour (scan passports ......) we had succeeded. We got another code for the room and the room number. NERVEREI! The lift just allowed two people to drive with light baggage. In Piso 4 we immediately saw our room. The code was entered and we were already in the middle of the room of our ”Apartment”. The apartment was super-optimized. NOT for the visitors but for the investors the deal is worth it. Yes, it was all available but everything of a quality that looks for its same. All made totally cheap. Even the toilet paper was thin as I haven't seen yet. We wanted to talk to someone after we had recovered from the shock. There were two cleaners in the house, one with a child, who did not speak English or did not want to speak, which is understandable because many guests certainly want to complain. A lady pointed to a telephone listener who was depending on the ”virtual reception”. Someone there had been in contact with whom communication was hardly possible because of language coloring. I didn't feel as an guest but as an object. How to easily see our feedback we are often on travel and know a little about the world. However, the experience in this apartment house was ”unique”. We would avoid the house.

This hotel was amazing! It was in a great location, just off the main Commerce Square, and the rooms were really clean and cosy. The staff were really friendly and helpful and the breakfast was amazing. They definitely have gone for quality over quantity as it is just continental, but there was the option of fresh bread, pancakes, granola, meats and cheese, and fresh scrambled eggs if you would like. The ability to have complimentary tea and coffee as well as pastries all throughout the day is lovely too. Perhaps a toaster could be a good addition. The only downside to our room was that we couldn’t seem to work the air con, which would be more of a problem in summer, so a manual for that would be nice. Overall, 10/10 and I would definitely come back!

The Vincci Baxia hotel is well situated, close to public transport, giving easy access to walk the immediate surrounding area. Walking in , the reception area , is anything but welcoming, poor seating, poor decor. Was rather surprised to have to pay for a 3 nights stay on arrival. The corridor leading from the reception area to the bar/ dining area and lift is painted a dirty green kaki colour, looks absolutely awful. In the first bedroom allocated, the TV was nearly falling off the wall! The bedroom size is reasonable, but again decor and furniture are in great need of modernising . The bathroom is old fashioned, dated decor, mirrors and tiling of the past century! No ventilation! The noise insulation is poor, we were woken up in the middle of the night by revellers ! Saving grace to the hotel , breakfast was good, plenty of choice , pleasant staff. Overall, never again , too old, too old fashioned, in urgent need of a total refurbishment , not really value for money and not worthy of its rating.
