On arrival to the hotel we really didn't feel welcome. Our reservation was denied and we have been requested to add 100 euros. After long time we got a room pending it will be settled day after. The room was a very old one with broken floor. Only after several communication with Trip the day after the reservation solved and it took another day to replace the room, also only when I showed the manager the picture of the floor and both. The alternative room was OK. Breakfast is below standard but the service was very good. In general if we do not count the first 2 days it could be better.

Walking distance from Lisbon center.
Staff was nice. Rooms were just so so.

The location of the hotel is excellent. There are many subways and bus lines directly to the scenic spot at the entrance. The surrounding environment is also very good, safe and tidy. Of course, Lisbon still recommends taking a taxi first, the bus is more expensive, and the price is close to that of a taxi.
The staff is nice, there is also a concierge to port luggage, and the housekeeping is good daily. There are many choices for breakfast, and the replenishment is timely. A few dishes are changed every day, which is very good
