來林口找朋友玩定的房間，沒想到直接驚艷到了，小地方居然還有智能賓館，前台姐姐説可以自己打咖啡喝，超級暖的姐姐，賓館很乾凈，晚上在床上看的電影，投影氛圍感拉滿，小度機器人讓人愛了，最最最令人感到意外的是，晚上9點多服務員還給送的晚安牛奶（這我必須五星好評）

來林口公出看着他家環境很好，新開的，沒想到這林口這小地方能有智能賓館，環境，服務都很好。很細緻，剛到前台辦理入住等待的時候，前台給接了一杯熱咖啡（大冷天的，就這點必須好評，很細心）。房間很乾凈，屋裡很熱，小度智能服務，而且還是智能馬桶，晚上看投影電影氛圍感拉滿，這小地方能有體驗感這麼好的智能賓館，必須好評！中國人不騙中國人！-來自不總寫評價的人！，力薦

4月11日晚上入住一晚，對前台服務，環境，衞生都挺滿意。12日，前台換班，對接班的前台很不滿意。早上我要出去辦事，為了不影響12點退房，便把背包和房卡都放在前台，但並沒有説退房。10點多辦完事返回，前台告訴我已經退房了，真是莫名其妙！
12日本來自己走了，後來事情沒辦完決定再住一晚，於步行1公里又回到新華賓館。辦完入住，下午五點多返回賓館609房間休息，不到七點就睡著了，但是快到晚上八點時，工人從601接電，開始維修六樓上邊的門，又是電鑽，又是角磨機，又是用鎚子砸，一通折騰把我吵醒了。我打前台電話，半天也沒人接。出去制止了施工，又打前台電話要求退房。等我收拾好東西到樓下發現前台又沒人了，前台的服務員坐在餐廳吃飯。我問她打電話沒人接，她就開始狡辯。第一遍打電話時已經告訴她樓上的噪音吵到我睡覺了，她就説一句已經打電話讓她停了就完事了。我電話裏要求退房，她還是衹説已經讓他停了，你再讓他停了也已經吵到我了吧。12日晚上的前台太差勁了，比較一下還是11日的更好。哪有晚上八點施工的？於是果斷退房，對這家前台也很失望！！！以後應該不會再來這家店住了！！！讓人生氣！！！

早餐菜花沒做熟，屋裡那兩個木頭墩子的油漆太差，味道太大，建議拿出去晾一晾再放屋裡，晚上睡覺有點薰得慌，其他都非常好，祝生意興隆

房間很很很很很滿意，新裝修，房掃很熱情，智能馬桶超級超級棒！體驗感很棒，下回回老家依然會入住，美中不足的就是電梯，對於有行李的有點兒不友好，其他都很滿意！
