服務特別好，我是背奶媽媽出差，前台幫我把奶包存廚房冰櫃，而且，一天跑3趟幫我存放，擔心第二天走的緊張，還提前幫我把發票開好，真是處處替房客着想，東西落房間，也主動幫我找到存放，真是太推薦了，環境也安靜，裝修也比較新，都説特惠房沒有單獨洗漱，其實房間是有的，雖説小點，但是對單獨出差人士完全夠，熱水特特別好，浴巾都是密封袋裝，非常乾淨，以後凌源就住她家店了。

離凌源客運站很近，一拐彎就到了。出門就是凌源市主幹道，是凌源最繁華的地方了。後身是美食休閑一條街，吃飯很方便。

服務太差，早上10點左右就一直打電話讓退房，説了要續住。還是來敲門是説如果不續住要在中午12點前退房。也説了我們要續住。基本10分鐘一個電話一直在打。閻王催命也沒這麼催的。酒店沒人氣應該反思一下自身原因。
