作為淡季而言
這個價格的房屋也能夠接受
能夠保障基本的洗漱要求
但是房屋設施明顯較為陳舊
對居住體驗有要求的朋友慎選
以及周圍交通不是特別方便
距離景區步行在20min左右

設施：共住了3天，第1天安排在2樓，臨街的房間，房不大，1張1米2的床，白色被褥挺乾淨，一次性的毛巾，牙刷，牙膏，水杯也都齊備，桌子上還放着房間鑰匙。
衞生：被褥乾淨，沒有異味，房間牆面地面，沒有污漬，洗漱間，晚上雖有旅客淋浴留下的洗漱用品，但第二天便及時打掃了。
環境：賓館臨公路，來往的司機是入住的常客，從王家大院出來，走中心大街，步行二十分左右即可到賓館，還是很方便的。上公路不遠有公交車直達靈石火車站，交通方便。
服務：第一天投宿，是老闆大哥接待的我，領我上二樓看的房間，介紹了衞生間的位置，喝開水到洗漱間等等，服務態度很好！

花旅店的錢得到酒店待遇，房間大且非常乾淨，也沒異味，洗漱用品應有的都有，出行用餐都很方便，老闆人很好，以後再來臨汾一定還會選擇他家！

酒店還是很不錯的，對於經濟型酒店來説，性價比是相當高了！！距離景點也非常近，相當方便！走路10分鐘就到，順便步行街也逛了。
