It was very nice and clean. Beds were comfortable. Shower water pressure was great. Complimentary snacks and drinks during the day.

Our hotel room was dirty. There were stains on the box spring cover, one of which appeared to be blood. Dust on the shades & cobwebs on the ceiling. I called the front desk and was told the manager was no longer there and to call in the morning.
We went to the restaurant for dinner and after we were seated, no one ever came to take our order or even offer us drinks. However, we watched as multiple tables, who had been seated after us, were greeted and placed their orders. I understand the restaurant was busy and very clearly understaffed, but we did not receive an apology and the waiter could not have been more rude when we finally decided to get up and leave. We waited almost 30 minutes. Very disappointing.

I love the old Architecture style of the inside of the building, it has a lot of character and style! What I don't like about staying Providence is that the parking is not included in the hotel cost!

Great stay in Providence. Hotel was clean and quiet. The room was nice and spacious. Area around hotel was quiet and closed very early, but a cute area.

The hotel was ver clean and elegant we stayed there 3 nights but in our 3rd night we had issues with mice in our room that got into our bags had to emoty all bags then ended up throwing som things away the hotel compt us 2 night stay which should have been more than that so this is why i cant give a full 5 star rating but over all it was very canfortable bedd and friendly staff
