Great vacation, the hotel has one main building and several adjacent buildings where guests are accommodated. Nice rooms, cleaned every day. A nice restaurant, which also has a bar for the pool. The food was tasty. The staff is always pleasant. When there was a problem, they solved it at the reception. There are 3 pools. The pools are smaller, but they are refreshing enough. Sunbeds and umbrellas by the pool were always free. There is a beach 3 minutes from the hotel, we were every day at Saradari beach, which was beautiful. The sea is beautifully clean and great for swimming. Definitely rent a car. There are rental offices everywhere, you can drive around the island. We would definitely recommend the hotel and you will overlook the minor flaws, you are in a beautiful country, so enjoy your vacation!

Stayed one week, beginning of May 2024 . Pros : - hotel is new,, cosy and clean ; has three separate buildings plus another one under construction ; we stayed in main building ( with the reception ). - staff was very attentive, kind and nice - a big thanks to all of them ! - breakfast and dinner were ok : tasty food and decent variety of menus - open buffet _ ventilation in bathroom - very fast and effective - beds and mattresses very comfortable - there was a small outdoor relaxing area with a pool and sunbeds Cons : - location is not along the beach , but close to cliff promenade , tavernas and shops - room furniture is new , but very minimalist - not enough shelves to put your belongings - no cosmetic amenities in the bathroom ( which you shoud expect in a 4 stars hotel ) - no towel ports in the bathroom , to let the wet towels dry properly . Even you let the towels outside on the balcony over night , they could not dry due to air humidity and temperature - for unknown reasons , they did not offer classic toilet paper. Instead , there was only a dispenser for paper napkins , to be used both for face and as toilet paper ! - the most annoying drawback was the bad lighting in the bathroom . You barely could see clearly your face in the mirror when shaving or putting makeup , respectively I tried to be as objective as I could in this review , but I shall not make any special recommendation . It is everybody's choice to select this hotel or not .

Great time. Rooms perfect small cosy and very clean. Calm and quiet. but need to ameliorate the lunch and dinner buffet. If you stay a week after 2 days you don't want to eat there more. Not to much changes and could do much better on what they propose. Tourism 80,,% German so white beans sausages etc ..cold buffet no changes at all. No creativity at all to make it much better. And please some potatoes in the morning would be great....white beans???

Stayed for 14 days due to error with our travel agency that messed our accommodation and was left with no choice but to pick this one. I’m used to visiting different counties and hotels but this must of been the most boooring hotel I have ever been to. The pool is so tiny there’s 3 buildings that share one tiny pool which I have never seen before. Breakfast was not fresh at all rolls hard vegetables dry croissants so dry you couldn’t even eat them if you wanted to. Had the same thing for 14 days no much of a choice for food so just as well we were B&B only. The hotel was so boring and quiet no music throughout the day no entertainment or shows what so ever I did think it may be due to season however all other hotels around us had shows going on. I would personally say this hotel is definitely for people that are 60+ so if you are younger than this or a couple I would not recommend it unless you enjoy a boring quiet hotel with no entertainment and horrible food. I had to go on this hotel otherwise I would of lost my money but so disappointed and will not recommend this place to anyone.

The Pollis is in a great location, 5 minutes walk from the beach, set back enough to avoid the crowds and noise of the numerous bars and restaurants along there, and close to a supermarket on the main street which is where some excursions pick up from. Our room had a balcony on the opposite side from the pool, facing into a residential street, with a mountain view to one side. The hotel was kept spotless, no overly enthusiastic cleaners banging around at 7am like some previous reviews. A sign hung on the outside of your room door lets them know you WANT the room cleaning. The room itself was modern, spotless and the air con worked wonderfully. The beds and pillows are the most comfortable we've ever had on holiday and the bathroom was a great size. Fridge in the room was great and should you want extra water for overnight you can request it from the bar. For public areas there is a choice of the terrace out front, the bar, the pool terrace or the large paved terrace adjacent to the pool shower. Plenty of space and a variety of types of seating (sofas, rattan, plastic - all comfy) and lounging (long and teardrop bean bag longers, plus traditional pool style ones on the large paved terrace - and even a couple of hammocks). The pool gets the sun all morning. When we arrived at 1400 it was a lovely temperature to be refreshing and spend some time in. I did find the floor tiles in both the main pool and the lower of the other two baby pools (where I sat on the wall with my feet in the water to refresh them several times) very slippery. Unlike previous reviews exclaiming that they vanished beneath the water, the depth of them is nowhere near the depth the signs say. I am just over 165cm tall and the shallow end was barely to my hip, (sign saying 1m deep) and the deep end wasn't over my shoulders, let alone my head (sign saying 180cm). The change in depth is quite sudden but you can clearly see it. The staff are all friendly and polite, we found them absolutely lovely! The cleaners do a fantastic job and everyone is helpful and efficient. We were there on an all inclusive basis. All inclusive drinks are beer, wine, ouzo and raki. All their other alcohol is brand name, which you are never going to have included for the price you pay here. Most soft drinks were also all inclusive, although I did hear one of the bartenders advise that the freshly squeezed oj was payable - although there was a machine in the restaurant with several juices from concentrate which were included. Food was fresh and plentiful with plenty of choice for all meals. If you have an excursion which means you will miss a meal, they will also pack a lunch for you, just request it the day before and they will have it ready for your requested time. There was a variety of fresh fruit and salads, a variety of proteins, a variety of carbs, cold meats and cheeses, pancakes, desserts and cakes - and the freshly cooked pizza and garlic bread done in their in restauran

We stayed at pollis hotel for 5 days. Every night we come to the bar and there were these 2 bartender Teo and Stavaros who were both very nice. We talked with them always. My friends birthday was one of the days and they remembered it and got him a cake!

I stayed here with my friend for a week in June. I found it quite difficult at times so will get those out of the way first before the good parts. The biggest problem was being woken up every day after 7am by a cleaner banging at the door, coming into the room several times, and when she couldn't clean she would bang her brush outside making more noise. This is totally unacceptable! People pay good money to go on holiday, HOLIDAY!! This should NOT be happening! FULL STOP!! Secondly, there should be a sign on the swimming pool where the depth sharply drops. I was treading carefully getting used to the water when I disappeared underwater from a near metre drop! I nearly drowned! There are signs for depth but no sign for the warning of the steep ledge and drop downwards that is so so dangerous! The third and last point is, there are no ordinary spirits in the list for all inclusive drinks! Raki and ouzo are not gin, vodka or bacardi, or whisky, that is So wrong! The whole time I was there I had no all inclusive drinks because there was the usual watered down juice machine and fake coffee machine, so I used water for my own earl grey tea bags and bought the occasional fresh orange juice. Otherwise the food was OK, For breakfast I bought alpen, oat milk and bon mamam jam and rarely ate anything. I ate fresh bread, salad and pasta for dinner, if it was there, everyday and I lost 5 pounds in weight, though I can be fussy! I don't like how they took the butter away, changed the feta for a cheap version and how the fruit was also nothing special, apples, oranges and kiwis, winter fruits, the watermelon had often gone soft, why no nectarines, apricots, peaches and cherries? The good parts... rooms were great, room service was frequent, apart from 3 days nearing the end of our stay when it was normal for the rooms not to be cleaned and sheets changed. The shower was fantastic, all modern. Beds very comfortable. Staff amazing, hard working and all had pride in their job. Grounds a bit dull and drab, plenty of sunbeds and parasols, quiet when we went, residents mostly Russians and Germans, very common in the area. On the edge of the *****, plenty of choice to eat and drink elsewhere, but if the hotel did all inclusive drinks properly to include cocktails too and entertainment in the evenings then more money would come into hotel and customers. We went out most days as son hired a car and came most days to visit different beaches. What was missing was a folder of information detailing times, WiFi code, what is in area. There is information in foyer regarding trips and the odd notice of information but it is extremely important more so for all inclusive to have ALL this information collated together and left in the room. Also please employ the cleaner to start after 9am NOT 7am, people are on holiday, it really was a huge annoyance! If these things were changed, I would definitely give this hotel an extra star😀
