Spa Hotels in Lillestrom

We booked a superior room for my wife, our son and me. The value is fine but the room were in need for renovation. We found several damages and marks in the wall and the doors. The location is great, a short train trip to Oslo or Oslo Airport. Great breakfast.

The room was of a good size, same with the bathroom (no bathtub in ours). The room was bright, clean and the bed was big and comfortable. Too bad there wasn't any electric outlets near the bed so we could charge our phones on the nightstand (think alarm in the morning). A big negative was that there wasn't any air-condition in our room, and it was quite hot when we stayed. We got a desk fan, but that is in need of maintenance because it was so noisy that we had to turn it of during the night. The hotel is located right outside a bar/pub, so it might be noisy in the weekends if you keep the windows open at night. However, it's in the middle of Lillestrøm city so not far from train/bus station and the mall etc which is a big plus. Because we stayed during Covid-19, the breakfast was not as usual. We could choose from 3 different options, and a time when we wanted to eat (so there was no buffet at this time). But it was lacking in flavor, and not much food. All in all it was an okay stay, and I will stay there again if there's no other options available.
