Had an extremely wonderful and relaxing stay here during our trip to Lijiang. Conveniently located just beside the old town, the area is not noisy which is good for us light sleepers, while being within a walking distance to most of the sights around the old town. Also it means you dont have to torture your luggage (and yourself) by dragging it over the cobblestoned alleys within the old town itself.
The room is spacious, clean, well maintained and equipped with all the amenities you need including hair dryer and toilet with seat warmer and automatic bidet.
Tom speaks very fluent English and is super helpful in making sure we had everything we needed: from recommendation on what to do/eat, transport from airport, arranging meals and tea, packing our breakfast on the day we had to leave early. We also had a package delivered and Tom helped to receive it as we were outside during that time. Thanks Tom for making our stay here a memorable one! would love to come back for sure.

Very clean, 5 star hotel
level of room amenities and aesthetics. Located immediately at the entrance of the Old Town and not within.
Xiaoqian the staff was very attentive and helped to provide tea time meals and breakfast. Overall highly recommended.

The stay here was comfortable. Room is clean and spacious. Thomas was nice and friendly. Breakfast and afternoon tea were just ok. Overall stay was good. Recommended this place for anyone visiting LiJiang.

We stayed here for two days. The space is well designed and lets in a lot of natural light as the rooms surround a cute courtyard. The location is just outside of the Lijiang Ancient City, so it's very easy to get to and from by taxi with your luggage, but then easily walkable within the Lijiang Ancient City during your stay. Getting to the closest entrance of the Ancient City is about 1 minute, while the walk to Black Dragon Pool Park is about 25 minutes.
The staff were extremely helpful and friendly, especially Tom who spoke English very well and helped us organize a trip to the Yulong mountain and gave us plenty of travel tips. We had very early starts every day so didn't make it to the breakfast, but they happily provided us a to-go 'convenient' breakfast with a bun, boiled egg, and yogurt each day. They also have a daily afternoon tea with lots of delicious snacks.
The hotel has free laundry facilities in the basement, which came in handy as this was the halfway point in our trip. You can even play Pool while waiting for your laundry as we did :) The only point of feedback we had is that a group in an adjacent room were playing loud music late at night and we could easily here everything due to the way the property is built (they did stop the noise after the staff requested them to as perhaps another guest complained). Overall we highly recommend this place!

Very glad to say that the place completely lived up to its reviews. The room was spacious, clean and high-tech!
What made the experience more memorable was the extremely warm and thoughtful hosts Xiao Qian and Llamo Dorje who also helped arrange anything we needed. We thoroughly enjoyed our conversations over our tea sessions!
Absolutely recommended place for a zen-like experience.

What a wonderful experience I had here. 田小千 (Tom) was the perfect host. He recommended a lot of fantastic places for me to eat and see in Lijiang. He really went out of his way to make sure I had a great stay, above and beyond. The rest of his team we also really welcoming (including the adorable Labrador )
The great thing about this place is the proximity to the old town, the warm and welcoming atmosphere and the service by the team. 田小千 (Tom) is able to speak English and I think that really made the experience even more awesome , despite my basic Chinese I was able to really experience Lijiang like a local. Even going to what I think was the best bar in Lijiang all thanks to Tom guided escort there.
I would recommend this place 100% to make your time in Lijiang as memorable as possible.

We enjoyed our three day stay at this hotel. Our host, Tom, is very friendly and made our visit to Lijiang much better. Immediately after booking, he reached out to us to offer private transportation to the hotel. Upon checking in, the staff assisted with luggage, provided us with a tour of the different facilities offered at the hotel, and gave us a fruit basket. Also, complimentary drinks were provided in our room and were restocked each day.
The hotel is situated in a prime location within Lijiang. It's next to the ancient city and we were able to go to a variety of restaurants on foot. Tom helped us in advance to book tickets and arrange transportation to the local attractions in Lijiang such as Jade Dragon Snow Mountain and Tiger Leaping Gorge. Tom also gave us a small bag filled with snacks for breakfast in the days we had to leave very early and could not attend the breakfast offered at the hotel.
On the last day, Tom arranged a ride to the airport in a sports car for free of charge. Tom made our visit much more enjoyable and helped us along each step of the way during our 3 day stay. I would highly recommend this hotel for anyone looking to stay in Lijiang, and I would book at this same place again should I ever return to this city in the future.
