Termini Beach Hotel & Suites

Hotel 5 km from the center (1 hour on foot) Seafront with private beach in an excellent position. Nice pool area and hotel premises. Very clean and comfortable room with private terrace. Staff always friendly and helpful, free bicycles. The kitchen is very big flaw. Good and plentiful breakfast. Pasta time nice idea even if you always eat pasta every day on the stove. Dinner buffet with little choice, always the usual 4 things (peppers, ready mixed salad, Russian salad, fish). Buffet served by staff due to covid so they give you little. Dishes with little quantity and quality, certainly not 4-star (given the price paid). I would not recommend it nor will I be returning for sure

we stayed 4 days this week in this hotel on the beach in a decentralized position (the central area with the shops is 2-3 km away). Clean hotel, large rooms (slightly noisy air conditioning), varied breakfast. Private beach. Very nice staff and always ready to respond to requests. Upon our notification that we would be leaving during the night, they offered us croissants, biscuits and water for the trip (it will be a "small thing" but we really appreciated it). Enclosed parking at 200 meters. It is a very quiet area suitable for families

We stayed at this hotel for a weekend with my family. The location of the hotel is perfect, facing the beach, the access to the sea is very convenient, sunbeds and umbrellas included in the price, but we were surprised when they charged us for the towels for the pool / beach! (3 € / towel) . The staff is unqualified and very cold, we didn't even see a smile in 2 days ... the waitress at the bar made a mistake in taking the order and brought me a totally different cocktail from the one I had ordered, when I pointed it out to her she didn't even apologize and did it again with an annoyed expression. The breakfast is a 2 star, for 2 consecutive days I found the water lukewarm and not hot to make a tea, they kept forgetting to turn on the kettle. The quality of the food is poor .. let's not talk about the variety ... the breakfast was not self service (due to covid) but the staff still didn't have gloves when they gave us the dishes .. Parking not in the hotel, but anyway easily reachable on foot. The rooms are quite spacious and clean, but the cosmetic set offered is very poor .. certainly not 4 stars. The air conditioner was very noisy and difficult to regulate. I wouldn't have complained if I were a 2 star hotel, but choosing a certain type of hotel you expect better service.

We stayed last summer, acid and grumpy owners, both with us customers upon arrival at the hotel and at the time of payment, even with the staff, rich breakfast but tasteless lunch and dinner, it is absolutely not a 4 *. reviews but we wanted to try the same. All the negative reviews are true. You have to welcome the customer with a smile to make him feel at ease.
