It's not the first time we've stayed in this hotel and I have to say that every time it's more than a confirmation. It is immediately clear that the Polesello family who manage the structure have a great deal of experience in the sector. The property is very well presented and is well maintained. Cleanliness is of the expected standard. The staff in general is very knowledgeable and the resulting experience is absolutely pleasant. The cuisine is very varied with an already very high average quality but with dishes that border on excellence. Good selection of wines. A special applause to the dining room/bar staff who are always attentive and present without ever becoming intrusive. I close by reiterating that maintaining a certain quality is complicated, improving is first class. Compliments !

Excellent hotel in the center of Jesolo and overlooking the sea. Chosen from all available as informed by the AIC circuit. The hotel and rooms are clean, large, and well-appointed. The room is made up every day impeccably. The hotel has a private beach, swimming pool and a relaxation area (bookable) with hydromassage tubs. Really excellent reception at reception and all the staff in general. Abundant and quality breakfast. For celiacs, a wide selection of packaged products is available as well as a large part of the savory buffet. Excellent quality meals in the restaurant, practically the whole menu of the day is also available gluten-free (the gluten-free dishes are yellow in colour). Obviously it is not a low budget hotel but it is still accessible. In conclusion, really highly recommended!

Absolutely to be avoided when you believe that the tourist or traveler is one to peel ... they try as much as possible to make you pay every little thing ... for example: if you book a sunbed by the pool for a day and stay a week, they do not warn you that that cot you will have to pay for it for the whole stay if you do not tell him that you only need it on that day ... you find it on the invoice and even the days that you have not used it do not climb them ... then the owner appears interested only in money and it is little gentle. Medium-low cuisine, waiters too pressing towards the diners.

we arrived at the reception of the hotel very kind staff and good welcome. the lunch on arrival was with a first course based on the sea and also the second course always based on the sea, all excellent with a beautiful view of the sea both at lunch and at breakfast the room for dining was very nice, large tables with very kind waiters. I am convinced by direct experience that only by comparing equivalent structures for prices and types of the same area can we finally express a weighted and exhaustive judgment. Last summer I was a guest in this hotel for a few days and in July for a longer period than another hotel always located in Lido di Jesolo and referred to in my review in this same portal. This hotel is three-star superior, the other hotel four-star, but with prices verified on Booking, globally cheaper than those in force in this hotel and with significantly superior services, starting with the restaurant, which here is quite bland and standardized. Overall, this historic Universe hotel has good services, adequate rooms and proven professionalism. Small swimming pool, poor parking. Not very varied breakfast, with a small choice in terms of baked goods, obviously calibrated on the habits of the Teutonic clientele. Attentive and kind staff.

I returned today to this fantastic hotel I had stayed in last year! And I can reconfirm the excellent service, the excellent cuisine but above all the hospitality and professionalism of the staff. A 10 and praise goes to the Maitre Paparusso Sabino who again this year made me fall in love with the Hotel, their cuisine and their highly selected wines. He made me feel like a Queen !!! This year in June and then in September we decided, after many summers in Salento in Calabria and Sardinia, to do "little road". Chosen on booking but then contacted directly. Immediately a good relationship with Carlotta. Nice room, perhaps not very spacious, we lacked a chest of drawers and they immediately took care of it. Restaurant (my world) a beautiful terrace overlooking the pool / sea. The professional and likeable maitre Sabino immediately put us at ease. Varied and well-finished cuisine, perhaps a little lacking in desserts. Even the breakfast buffet could be a little revised, not in variety but in quality, bread, jams, cold cuts. The carrot centrifuge is appreciable. Great variety of wines praised and served to perfection. We really appreciated that on two special occasions (anniversary and birthday) we were pampered by Sabino. Beautiful location facing the sea and beautiful swimming pool, in short, if we returned it means that WE HAVE BEEN WELL

We stayed at this property from 20 to 27 August with our dog Camilla. Very nice room on the 5th floor equipped with air conditioning, safe, TV, minibar and hairdryer. Strong point is the small terrace with side sea view furnished with table, chairs, deck chairs and a small clothesline. The hotel is directly on the sea, dividing the structure from the beach is the wonderful garden with swimming pool for exclusive use equipped with umbrellas and deck chairs where we could relax with our dog while sipping aperitifs skillfully prepared by the hotel staff .. the staff is very kind and ready to satisfy every request, special thanks to Martina and Stefan for the excellent spritz. Particular praise to the kitchen. We have been going to Jesolo for a few years and it has never happened to us to have such a wide choice for both breakfast and dinner (we stayed with half board) but above all a really excellent quality ... the fish is amazing if then you can enjoy on the terrace overlooking the sea is the top. In a week we really felt at home .. Always smiling and helpful, from the ladies who do the cleaning and who, despite the presence of a dog, guaranteed us impeccable cleanliness and hygiene, to the polite and discreet waiters, from the brilliant maitre Sabino and ready to recommend the best dishes of the day to the sweet Carlotta, always available and who filled our dog with pampering.The environment is familiar, the constant presence of the owners guarantees that everything runs smoothly and creates unparalleled attention to guests ..I highly recommend this structure which I remember being pet friendly, if you are traveling with a four-legged friend as it is one of the few structures that allows you to keep animals with you even during meals on the terrace and in the well-kept private garden with swimming pool. say .. see you next year ..
