沒住過這麼差勁的酒店，沒有任何服務可言，前台感覺都不如快捷酒店的好；前台聊天説房間安排滿了，沒法安排了，我可是提前預訂的，也我不知道入住的是不是我定的房型；設施陳舊，床頭床尾都高低不平了，還18年裝修，08年還差不多，不知道攜程怎麼審核的；5星級酒店擺放這些東西，有點小旅館的意思；花灑出水是這樣的。 餐廳早餐還可以，10點閉餐，過了好一會才慢慢收拾，打燒餅的大爺辛苦了。

拖鞋要是一次性的就更好了。視頻忘記拍了。早餐特別豐富，並且還很好吃。酒店裡麪的景色也能欣賞很久，傍晚時分應該更美

大失所望，房間老化，一進門的小櫃子打開就是圖片的樣子，床邊下面都長了黴點，牆紙也裂了。衞生堪憂，隔音基本沒有，深夜對面的會議中心方向傳來陣陣的鬼哭狼嚎的歌聲！服務意識更是……衹有一名服務人員見面和門僮可以禮貌的打招呼，其他真是一言難盡。唯一欣慰就是第一個給的房間正對電梯聯繫攜程之後第一時間更換了房間。從未有過這麼差的體驗。

酒店環境很好，景色宜人，房間也很乾凈，前台的小哥哥還給升級了房間，很感謝，還送了小禮物和水果，可能因為天氣原因假期里人也不是很多，這趟旅行很愉快，温泉也不錯，人不多，比預想的好很多，值得推薦
