房間很大2張大床，衞生間也很乾凈，還有燒烤露天平台，環境很不錯。我們一家三口入住時，老闆以為是小房間，很貼心想給我們換大一點房間，給老闆點贊。

帶娃入住非常方便，性價比高，比較寬敞，內飾簡約，總體乾淨衞生，有純凈水桶和飲水機。房間物料不夠的可以直接跟老闆要。一樓有庭院，可以玩一下，孩子們比較喜歡。
需要注意的：1.因為是老闆自家院內停車，自駕的爬坡入户要注意。2.衞生間衞浴沒做乾濕分離，洗浴時候要注意。

提醒大家這是在進入花果山大門後唯一一家環境好的民宿 其他家的真的還是別去 我們週六去的住了兩晚306 價格很划算的 老闆人很好 院裏風景真不錯 去了像回到自己家一樣 房間沒有異味很乾凈 不過提醒一下老闆要注意驅蟲我們看到了蜈蚣 雖然在南方常見 不過快嚇死我們了
怎麼説呢連雲港真不咋好玩嗚嗚 我們離海邊太遠了不方便

我這個平時從來不給評價的人，都忍不住來給個好評，這個大哥太熱情了，去他家住真是當成自己家了，我們晚上九點多到的，讓大哥給我們找個吃的地方，一點坑沒踩，房間也很乾凈，因為人多我們住的房間兩張高低鋪，孩子特別喜歡，還有巨幕投影儀，孩子超級喜歡，第二天早上去花果山，大哥還特意提醒我們屬猴的免費，要不然我還不知道，最後走的時候想帶點海鮮回去，大哥也給我們推薦了一個他經常買海鮮的地方，還讓我們多問問幾家，多砍砍價，真的是非常貼心，下次有機會去連雲港還會去這個大哥家

親子房孩子的帳篷床與圖片不符，親子房有個陽台門（二樓）是沒法辦鎖上的，店家説沒人能上來，安全方面還是有隱患的。找店家説明，店家問我能不能住，因為到的時間挺晚了，不能住也沒辦法再到其他地方找住的，後面準備入睡時才發現床單污漬明顯，上面還有男性的碎頭髮。也住過不少民宿了，對比一下，店家態度及衞生方面都需要再提升一下。
