是連南最好的酒店了。總體來説，房間還是不錯的，但是3間大床都不能安排在同一樓層，不太好！另外，床比較硬，被子不是很柔軟那種，沒有夜燈功能，需要改進一下，早餐可選性不太多，期待更進一步

服務態度很好 電視看不到工作人員馬上上來幫忙弄了 環境也可以 就是暖氣不是很暖 睡到半夜才暖起來的 KTV隔音不是很好 其他的都很好👍🏻

比較一般，毛巾和浴袍都比較舊，空調聲音有點大，沒有冰箱那些，也沒有充電器，需要致電前台送來，早餐品種很少，沒有什麼選擇，衹能吃個飽

第一次住該酒店6樓房間，晚上KTV噪音太大，枱麪放的東西也被震動到吱吱響，直到深夜二點。房間隔音差，人根本沒法入睡，本人第一次體驗酒店有這種情況。實在沒有辦法入睡，兩次投訴前台，衹是告訴我將在幾點結束。直到KTV結束，自己過了入睡時間沒法再入睡了，第二天精神很差。以後不會再住該酒店了。

從張家界回程經過清遠住宿一晚，一年多前來過這個酒店，但是一下子想不起來這個酒店非常嘈雜。樓下有個KTV吵到凌晨2點，要不是這一次因為開了12小時太勞累，真的沒得睡。真的不推薦這個酒店，即使前台服務多好多便宜都沒有用。以後都不會來這裏了。
