We absolutely loved our time here. The staff are very friendly and helpful. They treated us like friends and not just customers. The room was clean and quite comfortable. The food was delicious. And excellent hotel that we will highly recommend to our friends. We will come here again.

酒店整體還是不錯，房間大，衞生條件好，智能控制比較方便！最深的印象就是這房間看出去的枯山景，很有意境！早餐品種不多，中式西式麪條粥菜牛奶豆漿咖啡點心，該有的也都有了，早餐牛肉麪非常贊？！缺點就是房間空調噪音有點大

自駕旅遊畢棚溝首選酒店，應該是理縣最好的酒店，開窗就是美景。從酒店管理層到大堂經理到餐飲服務人員都很熱情的對待客人。酒店的早餐也不錯，特別是氂牛肉牛肉麪。晚餐有火鍋套餐也不錯如果數量大點就更好了😀

這家酒店不要太好了！真是大愛，在整個理縣來説恐怕很難有第二家可以媲美。位置在縣城旁邊的寂靜小溪旁邊，交通非常便利！大大的落地窗，電動窗簾一打開躺着床上就能看到對面山坡的美景！♨️温泉是每天一換，孩子們玩得不亦樂乎！酒店的特色氂牛肉湯鍋堪稱一絕，肉的品質直接做成刺身！服務很專業，我們帶的小朋友多，細心的幫我們準備床上用品！特別感謝老闆和老闆娘，非常熱誠，還特意給我們推薦了幾處世外桃源！非常棒的一次出行！下次還會再來！！！

回程途經理縣，在攜程預訂該酒店，酒店設施全智能，不管是硬件設施還是服務態度都值得五星好評。酒店是整個理縣最好的。酒店經理熱情，認真聽取顧客的意見建議。酒店服務工作周到細緻，早餐很好！推薦紅燒氂牛肉麪，當地的蘋果也很好吃！一次愉快體驗。

不錯！推薦 ！再次入住觀山望月酒店 真的感受到了酒店所有工作人員的細心和熱情！房間看起乾淨整潔 餐廳的食品吃起來也很放心 晚餐是吃的酒店裡提供的氂牛肉湯鍋套餐 份量很足 牛肉服務員介紹時候介紹是正宗的氂牛肉 燙八至十秒 就可食用 吃起來真的挺不錯的肉質很嫩 總得來説酒店整體帶來的感受比上次有了更棒的體驗。其他沒有入住的小夥伴們可以去體驗一下 挺不錯的！

這次出行選擇了理縣新開的酒店，體驗感很棒！房間很大，窗外的風景也很美膩，房間還贈送了理縣的脆李和沙棘汁，可樂，最讓我意想不到的是，還有小姐姐提前給我們打電話詢問到店時間，並告知酒店晚餐有贈送湯鍋，晚上體驗了他們的番茄牛肉🍅湯鍋，味道很不錯，感謝酒店工作人員熱情的服務，下次再到理縣還會選擇你家！

這次川西之旅，最後一站來到了理縣，真的是一次意外收穫，服務好到讓我驚艷，房間裏有一篇大落地窗，窗外就是一顆大而古老的核桃樹，很有意境，房間有任何的問題及需求小月管家會及時迴應，酒店還有一衹二級保護動物班頭雁，聽老闆説是受傷了在這養傷，現在傷好了不走了，真的很可愛，哈哈！還看到了三衹小鴨子給它做伴，總之，這家酒店絕對值得入住，下次絕對還要住！

酒店的服務好到讓人驚歎！提前打電話通知説如果對玻璃房間不滿意可以免費升級，到了也給我們看了兩個房間對比選擇。我們提前訂了晚餐，因為行程安排有點問題，到酒店已經快晚上九點半了，廚房也一直有人在等着，到了就喝到熱騰騰的、很好喝的雞湯，尤其值得一提的是廚師小哥，不僅服務熱情，廚藝了得，還彈得一手好吉他，邊等我們吃飯邊彈唱，水平很高！
酒店老闆也很熱情，對周邊旅遊景點的情況瞭如指掌，不僅推薦附近值得去的我們感興趣的景點，還打電話給九子寨那邊幫忙問開放時間。
酒店設施也非常好，給我們免費升級的房間裏面有全屋智能控制系統，室外還有三個温泉池開到晚上至少十點，停車位充足還帶有充電樁，院子裏還有車釐子樹，老闆説到六月份就可以吃上了，後面一定會回去試試的。
