Receptionist was very angry and uncooperative. Food was inedible and the all you can eat buffet was not in fact all you can eat. The rooms were dirty and un safe. Me and my kids would rather sleep outside. The rooms also smelt rancid and herbal.

The Hotel was absolutely shocking , first off all I found a toe nail in my bed and popcorn under my bed the receptionist got very viciously angry at me and flapping his hands at me I would not recommend this hotel ! Stay away, the bath also has black marks all across.

I found a finger nail on my bed at midnight and when I was angry about it the receptionist told me that me getting angry won’t do a thing as if it’s something that they’re used to. Read the reviews before booking there are so many complains about cleanliness.

Absolute rubbish place, ruined our holiday as the receptionist came shouting and banging on our door and scared our 2yrs old son, Avoid this place please! They don’t deserve even 1star for the way they treated us!!!!

This hotel is clearly catering mostly to large tourist groups so this is not the place to expect very personalized service. However the staff was nice both at the reception and in the restaurant. The buffet-style meals, especially the breakfast were on the other hand truly chaotic, if arriving after a large group, one would only find empty trays. If hiking in the area and only in need of a reasonably priced quick sleep, then this is a good option, however not ideal if somebody is looking for hotel pampering.

This hotel location is so beautiful. You get a beautiful view of the mountains and have walking distance stores. Our room has the most beautiful direct view to Alps. We left the window open the whole night to enjoy the fresh air that would come from it. Dinner was great however the breakfast options were not that great.

some staff very unpolite - long waiting time to be seated (mandatory, but not applicated to all guests?) good buffet diner (quality and choice) no discount card offered without any information (local transport and mountain lifts)

We spent two nights at Alpine Classic. It was great. The staff is extremely welcoming (a special thanks to Carol who is really fun and nice) The rooms are simple but large. The breakfast and dinner buffet have a variety of options (vegetarian as well). Quality/price is above expectations.

Excellent service! I had no idea that meals where included in the stay, a nice bonus! Buffett had a good assortment of options. The rooms are a dated and mattresses a little uncomfortable but you can’t beat the value and views!
