行政房房型設計不太合理，衹有一個小窗户，衞生間和浴室離的遠，浴室沒有門且玻璃私隱性不強。但是酒店位置和環境很好，停車方便，就在貝居安社區裏，市政廳、植物園都步行可達，過地道到馬路對面穿森林一路經過魯汶大學可以到阿倫貝格城堡。

We enjoyed our stay a lot.. Very calm a**osphere and the staff was really friendly.. Breakfast is also nice.😊 Also, city was really nice with lot of restaurants and historical places to visit… Highly recommend this place to anyone like to have stress free stay..

This is a really lovely hotel in a beautiful part of town. I had lived in Leuven for a couple of years so knew the areas quite well. Chose this hotel because it was close to my old home. It is a beautiful, old part of town (Groot Begijnhof), and very quiet. The hotel itself is light, airy, and has a nice ambiance. There is a little garden with pretty landscaping. The room was good and clean; nice garden views, good windows, a thermostat in the room. I had to borrow an iron one morning, and the staff was very helpful. I accidentally left my pyjamas in the room, and the hotel called me (on my international phone) to ask if I wanted to retrieve it. I had left town already unfortunately, but really appreciated their attention.

Room is quite small. Toilet much too small---you bang into door handle whenever you use it. Staff is very helpful and polite. Room and common areas are very clean. Not easy to walk from main road to hotel because no pedestrian path. I do not like to comply with a requirement of at least 200 words.

I had a lovely stay, the hotel is situated in a lovely location near the old town, clean pleasant modern rooms, lovely garden overlooking the river, a fresh and delicious breakfast. Everything was wonderful and perfectly tastful. I highly recommend

The hotel was delightful. The bed and pillows were very comfortable which is not usually the case for hotel beds and pillows. My group was delighted by the honesty bar and such a smart concept. We wish more hotels in the US would adopt this method. The staff was accommodating, pleasant, and welcoming. The grounds are beautiful and was a very easy walk to many places.

Very comfortable and chic hotel, in a lovely historical building right in the Begijnhof. I would just advise that the bathroom was open to the bedroom, which was fine for us as we travelled in a couple but might be an issue for others. We had a very comfortable stay!
