Great location to explore Leura and the Blie Mts. Comfortable room with everything you need for a few nights.

A little disappointed. On arrival room ac did not work. Had to get hotel staff to clean the filter which was full of dust. There was a stale smell from the carpet, so had to leave patio door open for first 30 minutes each time we arrived. We did not create a fuss since we were only there for 2 nights. There were all the all the things like microwave, toaster, etc. The location is good with walking distance to restaurants etc.

I wouldn’t say it is good, but it is fair. Everything here is just ordinary, nothing surprise. If I come to blue mountain again, I would choose another one for sure.

The accomodations was exactly what I expected. I reserved a studio and it had a kitchenette. I was able to make my own meals. The room was clean and comfortable. The only negative about this property is reception is only staffed from 8AM (9AM on Weekends) to 6PM (5PM on weekends). If something were to go wrong during your stay, there is no option to call a staff member. There is a service to call but you will be charged $50 for non emergencies. A hotel should have staff available for non-emergencies. If you need more towels, your heat stopped working, etc — and this all happens after 6PM, you are out of luck. There was a washer/dryer in the sttudio, so I decided to wash my clothes. However, to my disappointment, I learned after I did the wash — the dryer wasn’t working. This happened after 6PM so there was really no one to call. I hanged my clothes and luckily, they were dry the next morning. But, there should have been someone to call for something like this.

This apartment was a great surprise in the space and great furnishings and decor. The balcony is Sun facing in the afternoon and we were able to sit out in the sun. Was great to be able to walk to everything even though we were on a road trip. This apartment has everything you need in a home away from home.

Very comfortable and convenient. Rooms could need an update. parking was good, easy walk to cafes, restaurants.... would stay here again

Well priced accommodation in the heart of Leura. We booked the $99.00 per night mid week special which made it excellent value.

This accommodation is ideally located a stone throw from Leura Railway Station and is situated on the high end of the main street known as "Leura Mall" which incidentally has an interesting selection of various shops, businesses and restaurants. I stopped in a 'Studio Room' which comprised of a queen size bed with two side tables, a mirrored wardrobe, TV, reverse cycle air conditioner, a small table & two chairs, and a miniature kitchenette which consisted of bench top with a circular stainless steel sink, hot & cold running water, a small bar fridge, microwave oven, toaster, electric jug, assortment of tea, coffee, sugar, salt & pepper satchels, cups, wine glasses, plates & cutlery, tea-towel, cleaning cloth and small satchels of dishwasher liquid. There is a large bathroom with a very roomy shower recess with sliding glass screens and two triple liquid dispenser (body soap, shampoo and conditioner), one in the shower and one next to the vanity cupboard with mirror and various towels. Overall the stay was very good, however the stay was ruined by noisy painting contractors in the next room when they arrived at approximately 7:30 am in the morning to commence work. They were speaking in their own language very loudly and had no consideration whatsoever about other persons in the building.
