We had an excellent stay at ApartaHotel Tierras Amazonicas! It had everything we needed including Air Conditioning in our room, and some additional nice touches to the place. Also, the owners are very accommodating and friendly! They went out of their way to help pick us up, find a nice restaurant, help us find where we need to go next and drop us off at the time we needed. Highly recommended!

We stayed here twice- one night before and one night after a trip into the Amazon. Rooms are huge, shower has hot water, restaurant offers breakfast, lunch and dinner. On our first stay, I thought the hotel was fine. Upon Rey from the jungle it fest like the Ritz Carlton. Perspective is everything. Location is great, staff are lovely and so very friendly and helpful. Pool is huge and very clean. Highly recommend. Something to consider- most locals regard this as the nicest hotel in Leticia. I can’t argue with that considering the other options I saw.

The place was a nice get away vacation for us and we enjoyed our trip! It has an additional desk called Selvatours with optional tours that are mostly worthwhile. Unfortunately, however, we had a little bit of difficulty getting a hold of them during Semana Santa (when our reservation was booked) to find out how to schedule everything and get there by boat (we had to show up and figure everything out ourselves manually), so I think the service piece can be improved upon. Also, the trip.com website needs to get in touch with them to get the phone number(s) correct because the current one does not work. Overall we still enjoyed it.
