Very nice location , you have all you need in just 100 meters . Very nice breakfast. Near Toluca airport also . For sure I will come back

The hotel room was spacious, clean and comfortable. The staff was always very friendly and helpful. It is located next to a shopping center with restaurants, coffee shops, supermarket and movie theaters. I would stay again in the hotel.

Great area, next to several restaurants, was there only 1 night, needed hotel close to airport

There’s no ventilation, no way to get fresh air except air conditioning, there’s black mold around window frames. Toilet not very clean upon my arrival, there was a black ring around toilet and sign of not being clean throughly.

Old hotel with smelly carpets in the hallways. Breakfast is very bad. People in the front desk is average. Room was not too bad but air conditioning was broken. They kindly changed my room.

Me gustó la atención. Todos muy amables. Considero que hace falta un poco de mantenimiento o limpieza en el piso del baño. La reserva fue para 2 personas y solo había toallas para 1 y también solo 1 botella de agua, y vaso para el aseo bucal. Deberían considerar que era para 2 personas

Camas aguadas, nuestra habitación tenía cafetera sin la cafetera donde cae el café y sin tazas. Tienen el problema de ruido por la plaza sendero que o suena la alarma de uno de los locales y en esta ocasión había un evento en dónde la música no dejo de sonar hasta las 4am en la plaza.
