The environment around the hotel is great.

Excellent location, clean room, helpful staff. Air con didn't work.

The room was very satisfactory, spacious and bright, with complete facilities. The front desk lady was friendly, especially the housekeeper Xiao Jin (Jin Linzhu) on the third floor was very considerate, and she took care of all the details, which made us feel comfortable. There was also the cleaning lady Chen Shihua who was serious, responsible and enthusiastic at work, and the breakfast was also very rich. The location of the hotel is very good, with many scenic spots around, and we took a lot of beautiful photos. The only regret was that I went to the hotel restaurant for dinner on the 8th and ordered a braised duck. A small one came up, which was too different from the 2.5 catties on the menu. The soup was still delicious, but after drinking it, my husband and I had red and hot faces, and it took a long time to return to normal after returning to the room. The surrounding scenery is really beautiful, and I will share a few photos.

The room is large, clean, well-equipped, and has a separate cloakroom. The bed can be adjusted to soft and hard intelligently, and the sound insulation is very good. The breakfast is rich. The customer service is good, especially the housekeeper Xiao Jin, who is attentive and patient, and I like it. The hotel itself is a tourist attraction, and I went to the 704 project for a walk. The dishes in the Garden Restaurant are delicious. The afternoon tea coupons were not used, and we were given a basket with various snacks in it, plus the fruits Xiao Jin brought us, which made us feel very happy. It is very close to the Turtle Pond, Yanggong Dike, Huagang Fish Viewing, Taiziwan Park, etc., and we can take pictures of the beautiful scenery while walking. It is a very satisfactory stay experience.

This is an old hotel that hosted the Asian Games. The rooms were clean and tidy, and every staff member had a smile on their face, especially Aunt Wang Shiqin, who took special care of us and provided us with very good service.

I have stayed at Zhejiang Hotel many times and I really like the environment, location, supporting facilities and services here. The housekeeper Xiao Jin provided meticulous service and the waiter Xiao Wang was also very thoughtful. When checking in, Miss Anqi at the front desk always served with a smile and helped to upgrade the room type. The room was much better than I expected. The scenery near the hotel is also very good. I also went to the nearby Tea Museum. There is also a 704 underground project in the hotel. It is very close to Huagangguanyu and Sudi. There is also a bus stop outside. It is really nice to go out for a walk in the morning. Overall, I am very satisfied with this holiday, and the hotel is also worth recommending! !

Friends said that the environment here is good, the room is large, clean and sanitary. There are many restaurants around, so we can enjoy the food of Hangzhou. The hotel restaurant is also good, with good dishes and delicious taste! On the day we left the hotel, we booked a return ticket in the afternoon. We discussed with the front desk whether we could delay check-out for free. The front desk girl readily agreed and delayed our check-out until 2 pm. We went to the nearby Turtle Lake and Yuhu Bay Scenic Area, which was so beautiful! Friends who have been to Hangzhou countless times said that this was the first time they knew that there were such beautiful and quiet attractions in Hangzhou. Everyone had a great time!

The facilities are complete and the sanitation is also very clean. Service: From the front desk to the waiters everywhere are very enthusiastic. They greet us proactively when they meet us everywhere. The waiter in the lobby saw us standing at the door and asked us where we wanted to go and gave us some suggestions. The front desk Xiao Wang is also very good. He checked in quickly and introduced the hotel enthusiastically. He was very active in handling problems and gave timely feedback. Thank you very much. Environment: The hotel is a big garden as a whole, and the scenery is good for walking. Project 704 is at the back door of the hotel, less than 5 minutes walk there. The current VIP building in the hotel is actually Building 1 of Lin Biao's palace, and Lin Biao's study is upstairs. The hotel is very close to Turtle Pond, and it takes 5 minutes to walk out of the front door. Go through Turtle Pond to Huagang Fish Watching. There is a bus at the back door of the hotel, 4 stops to Longjing Village, 7-8 stops to Manjuelong, which is suitable for tourists who go to the mountains, very convenient.

Very considerate! The experience is very good! The hotel is very large, and the front desk will tell you which elevator is closest to the room, which is very convenient. The hotel corridor is well lit, which makes people feel happy. The hotel room is of suitable size, and the bathroom is separated into dry and wet areas, which is very clean and tidy! The room package also includes a picnic basket, and some snacks are given, which is very good!
