Clean room with very comfortable bed. Good location that’s near to everything.

I had a wonderful stay at City Seasons Al Hamra Hotel. The staff were extremely welcoming, professional, and always ready to help with a smile. The room was clean, spacious, and comfortable, with all the amenities I needed for a relaxing stay. The location is excellent — close to the Corniche, shopping centers, and restaurants, making it very convenient for both business and leisure. The breakfast buffet had a great variety of fresh and delicious options, and the service in the restaurant was outstanding. Housekeeping kept everything spotless, and the overall atmosphere of the hotel felt warm and inviting. I truly enjoyed my experience here and would definitely recommend City Seasons Al Hamra Hotel to anyone visiting Abu Dhabi. I’ll be happy to stay again on my next trip!

Our recent stay at this hotel was absolutely exceptional. We frequently stay in this hotel and the staffs always give us warm welcome. We had a wonderful and memorable experienced as I booked for a premium twin room and they upgraded us in family suite free of charge.The room was stunning,very spacious,clean and beautifully decorated and exceeded our expectations. The location is very accessible too, there is restaurants inside the hotel,outside restaurants,banks and supermarkets are just walking distance. I highly recommended this hotel and we are definitely coming back as this one of my favorite hotel too.

I always stay in this facility because they have good offer always and have big rooms comfy beds and very accessible to restaurant/ malls/ and the transportation is very easy to find just few steps bus stop Infront the hotel.ad thanks to the reception staff to miss shashekila,Kim,,femi,madelone,Ahmed,lean,elvei ,Louie ,keep up a good job guys and highly recommended to my colleagues and friends.

We booked and paid for 3 non-smoking rooms in advance through trip.com, but only after getting the keys did the reception reveal that the non-smoking option was “subject to availability” and the 3rd such room was not available. I asked twice on site whether it would still be available today, twice I did not get a straight answer, only that they would inform me. The smoking room was terribly smelly, so I contacted trip.com customer service to cancel the reservation through them. After trip.com customer service contacted the hotel upon my request, the 3rd non-smoking room was found within 15 minutes. Although I appreciate that the matter was resolved, I do not consider it acceptable that a hotel, which had confirmed a room months ago, is not able to provide it without the customer service of the accommodation booking site. I find it quite inconceivable that they finally prepared a room for us in 15 minutes. The hotel's furnishings are old, but the rooms were otherwise very clean and we were satisfied with the breakfast. We were especially happy that the free Yas Express bus stops in front of the hotel.

The hotel is easy to find, right by the road. The room is quite spacious and very clean. Definitely recommend it.

It was okay, but need more cleaning specially for vents, and lifts are outdated( service wise also) but does the job hopefully without future incidents

The stay in city seasons hamra was really a good experience,the staffs are good in assistance and ready to serve any time without any hesitance .I booked for a premium double room and they upgraded to suitebroom and it was a bonus for me and they provided crib for baby. Highly recommend and cost effective.Ambience also was good.

I spent there just one night. The location is great. The hotel is slightly aged, but it's immaculately clean and very well maintained. Highly recommended.

Superb, this is the second time I stayed at this hotel. It is really a tremendous value, because it is the price of a budget hotel, and although it's rated at four stars other than the lobby, it is really a five-star hotel. I say that because the lobby is quite average but the rooms are great. Also great is the breakfast buffet, which is not much more expensive than eating breakfast at McDonald's, but a billion times better.
