一進房間就有味道，空調很久才有效果，房間電視非常模糊，比較落後了，房間隔音效果很差，凌晨隔壁還有人唱歌，電視放一整晚，非常影響睡眠。攜程給與的權益也沒用上，房間並沒有房型可升級。這個價格住旁邊麗楓酒店會舒心很多。

每次出差都選擇住維也納，位置很便利很好找，停車場非常大停車非常方便不用停車劵直接可以開出去停車場大叔也會非常熱心指引位置車門忘記鎖了也會打電話提醒這一點比很多酒店做的都比較好，一進酒店前台小美女非常熱情端茶冬天喝上一杯身上一下子都暖了辦理速度還是可以的業務能力不錯沒等多久就辦理好了，房間也很乾凈空氣很清新一次很愉快的入住下次還會再來的

房間比較乾淨，一開門煙味很明顯。房間隔音效果不太好，能聽到隔壁房間的説話聲。前台服務態度很好，也很熱心。早餐不錯，樣品很多，很好吃

酒店位置好找，就在路邊上。房間挺大的，衞生乾淨。酒店旁邊有一家飯館，是看新鮮食物點菜，但沒有麪食，要想吃麪條，可以去離酒店斜馬路對面200米左右的羊肉麪館吃，味道不錯。早餐品種比較多，中餐、西餐都有，挺好的。酒店唯一不理想的地方是停車場不大，車位很緊張，我們四點多到酒店，停車場沒有車位了，衹有放到酒店圈出的一塊小山坡上，是土路，多虧沒下雨。
