1.位置很好，靠近電視台
2.硬件設施很好
（智能馬桶，電動窗簾，衞生間感應燈）
3.服務很好，前台服務很好，保安大爺還幫忙拿行李
4.衞生很好，新酒店，布草很乾凈
5.停車很方便，自己的停車場
6.早餐也可以，目前還在裝修中，早餐送上門，牛奶，火腿腸，榨菜和麪包。
衹要不漲價，以後出差都選擇住這裏

首先這些星都是給女老闆的，服務很好態度也非常好可以説有求必應上次住也是她，對她我是五星好評。其次這一次是我入住過可以説最差的體驗，這次來的時候是那個男老闆，入住的時候第二天要進行事業單位面試，但是裝修的地方正對着門口不知道為什麼給我選了這麼一個好地方，電鑽聲嗡嗡響吵得中午沒睡好，要求男老闆換房不給換，然後燈光一晃一晃的根本看不下去書，嚴重影響了我的休息和學習，那個服務員大姨也是根本沒有抱着解決問題的宗旨，他倆意思就是反正你已經住進去了，將就將就得了，如果不是看女老闆的面子，我絕對當時已經打市場監督管理局電話投訴了，嚴重侵犯了顧客權益，至於到時候要不要打電話再投訴，那就不一定了

整體還不錯，空調給力，乾淨衞生，設施齊全。不過有點要吐槽一下，這老闆捨得安智能馬桶，就不捨的撕掉床墊那個塑料袋子
