The environment is very good. The location can also go to the Leipzig Zoo. It is a few minutes drive. It is Sunday. The nearby shops are closed. It is not easy to find. The hotel bathtub is very good. The toiletries are also very good. The little brother at the door is very handsome.

Has been several years since last visit. Pretty decent, ...fitness room available 24 hours, - adequate with free weights, treadmills and a couple of cycles. Weight machine available as well. Pool, though was only open till 9pm. Water dispenser could do with more accessible paper cups.

We stayed at Felix in June 10-13, 2023. We had never been to Europe before so we were unsure how to navigate Germany at first. We took a taxi from the airport, it worked well, but now we know we could have easily taken the S5 or S5X to get there. The apartment was lovely with a firm but comfortable bed. There was a large TV and we hooked up our firestick. There was a fabulous view of the university and we were directly across from the opera house. It was easy walking distance to the city center and Bachfest venues. There was an Edeka grocery store around the corner. It had many American snacks as well. We bought eggs and produce there. It was really convenient! There was a long bench under the window which was great for laying out all our things! The kitchenette had a small fridge, two burners, and a microwave. The bathroom had a bunch of shelves for all our stuff, which we used. The shampoo/body wash smelled so good. The shower has a hand held portion and was roomy for two. We used the communal laundry room while we were there. It was set up to use the WeWash App and we found it easy to use. Overall this property was perfect for our stay.

Visited Christmas markets and stayed one night. Arrived early and was given an upgraded room on the 6th floor. The room was clean, bed was comfortable, and after about 10pm could no longer hear street noise. Next morning went to breakfast buffet. Enough variety of selection for me, the coffee was good, and plenty of seating at 7:00am. Both check in and check out were easy. Will definitely stay here again the next time I am in Leipzig.

Hotel is beside the train station, very convenient with shops and restaurants within the station. Check-in process was slow even though I have completed my online check-in 1 day in advance using the link provided, staff had some difficult time locating my booking. Other than that, the experience is flawless with comfortable room, strong shower, good wifi and decent breakfast for a budget hotel. Overall this is a very value for money stay.

The hotel is very good, prices are also well suited, unfortunately ....see many tracks of consumption already at dr stairs then in the rooms, . would be a pot color placed here and there. But for the cheap price you can't make it. A tip among colleagues who heads with a hairboard or a swallowed background prevents black dark places which then looks unpleasant or then looks more beautiful. Who wants to hang his head beautifully on .....

The room I stayed at came right from the 70s and was seemingly never renovated. Awful taste but also pretty run down. Mattress was okay and shower hot, so it got two stars. Also staff were friendly. Paid this unbelievably high price for this old hotel. Price included breakfast but there was simply no space for me to sit down or even get to the buffet, so I ended up stopping at a bakery instead. Certainly never again

GGuest UserIn general a decent hotel, however our AC was not working in the room and given our late checkin (11:30pm) nobody answered the phone when calling reception multiple times, which was very disappointing. We could occasionally also smell cigarettes from the ventilation system. Breakfast was alright. Without the issues it’s a quite decent hotel.

The bunks had Curtains for privacy and to stop light. Room was maybe a little too warm/hot - could’ve just been me. Quiet sleep that night which was perfect. We booked 2 rooms Suite from 23/06-25/06 , because of long ride to the hotel and long time spending on the border we came to the hotel 24/05 at 19:00. The lady on reception named Stefani was very rood and ill-mannered, she told us that hotel resale our rooms for other clients because we did not come 23/06 (and did not call to her and told that we will be late, we never did it before in any situation, and each time our rooms, if it was paid , was waiting for us) . According to hotel rules and world rules of check in its not normal. We fully paid for 2 rooms in advance, and in voucher there is information that we can check in from 3:00 pm 23/06 till anytime. It's not the first time that we come not in time to the hotels due to some problems, and every time our rooms was waiting for us, if we paid for it in advance. It does not matter at what time we will come if we paid for it. Its not a hostel or apartment, its 4* hotel, and with no understanding no service and rood talks like with prisoner. We paid for it full price , and why our rooms was resold we did not understand. Second thing is that the lady on reception Stefani was non-polite to us, she did not even tried to find some other hotel for us, we were with kids, she decided BY HER OWN opinion to not refund for us any money (I am not talking about full price, ok, as it was 24/06 and we COME to hotel, and our rooms was resoled, than the hotel should be polite and make a refund of one night from 24/06-25/06) As it is on website of the hotel : ” Will my credit card be charged if I don't cancel and don't show up? Yes, reservations are automatically guaranteed to your credit card. You will be charged for the first nights stay only.” So Ms. Stefani first told me that they did not get any money because they resale rooms, than today on phone talk (I have it recorded) she told me that SHE decide by her own made a 100% fees and she can get money back to us for one night, but she DONT WANT do it, because she did not like how we spoke to her yesterday on reception. So is it normal when some Ms. on reception just make a decision as she want? Not normal for us, we paid money in advance and arrived to hotel one day later (but still had 2 rooms booked and confirmed for one more night). We travel a lot around the world, always book good hotels, and first time have a situation like that! I really hope that I will have an answer for hotel and hope this situation will be fixed. If its not,it will be our last time in each wyndham hotels in the world.

RRuthmarthaFriendly staff at the reception of the Motel One Augustusplatz; you pay at check-in, good price-performance ratio. We had two rooms, located behind, thus absolutely quiet. The standard room is relatively small but practically furnished with open rail, clothes bar to hang out clothes, shower, everything very clean. The second room was larger with an additional sofa and a large dressing box, comfortable relatively solid mattresses. In the room you could stay well even longer. Good breakfast, for me the cheese offer could have been greater (with cheese per piece, not just dish cheese). The breakfast room is overfyld quickly from 9 a.m. so you have to plan a waiting time until you get a table; careful breakfast staff. No coffee machine in the rooms, but in the bar of Motel One (separate entrance) you can buy a cup of coffee/tea in the afternoon. You cannot go to the hotel directly by car, but stop about 50m away in the Ritter street and load the luggage, the passengers can then bring it to the hotel while you drive the car into the deep garage Q-park on August Square (Special hotel guests). Very efficient location behind the Nikolai church - market, Thomas church, opera, wallhouse is all walking distance, to which the trams near August Square.

GGuest UserIn the context of a concert visit we have been allowed to stay here one night. Check Inn was running uncomplicated and quickly. The room was clean and ordened, well maintained. Beds were comfortable and in the bathroom no trace of the predecessor. The volume of the hall was only easy to hear. Breakfast was very good for the price, greatly arranged, rich and the service very prevalent. All in all a good option. The hotel itself and the rooms have come into the year something do not break down the night. With regard to the loading stations in the parking house, it should be said that it has not worked login via the app. The app did not recognize the QR codes. However, the loading columns have recognized a RFID reader so the common cards. If you have luck and no burner parked there, you could also load your car overnight. Unfortunately, this is not clearly indicated.

TtorinessThis property is in a great location in central Leipzig. An easy 10 minute walk from the central train station. Apartment was massive, modern, secure and very clean. No air conditioning though and we stayed in middle of summer - the room was very hot even with the plug in fan provided we were a little too warm. Also getting the access to the room is a little complicated but once we managed to get the information about how to check in (is all online), it was good. I would recommend staying here and I would stay again.

GGuest UserThe Arthotel is directly bordering Primark and you don't have it far from the Bruhl or railway station or market. It is modernly furnished, as the name already suggests. Good that this is also expressed in a board stick instead of a box, not everyone likes. Our room was oriented to the street and had a huge glass front. The bathroom was very clean, had a flat shower and beautiful large flats on which otherwise is saved in hotel baths. The reception was very friendly and gave us a room before the time. I had concerns about breakfast - obviously a permanent theme in the reviews. It is either done in the meantime or the claims are different. I would classify it as something above the average. Two service staff are responsible for the care at breakfast. Whether the box is cleaned between and even wiped away depends on who is in service.Today (11.04) was a good day... 😀 It is important to emphasize that the coffee machines are available to guests all day. The arrival by car is a bit difficult. Recommended, due to distance and price, the parking house on the west side of the train station.

A kind soul, happen to be unit neighbour helps us out. Manage to contact them and realise that they DIDN'T email us the necessary documents and password inorder to gain access into the unit.
Imagine what what if this happened on a late night. Very nervous and bad experience despite all the pros about this unit.

GGuest UserWe booked for 5 nights, stayed for 1, but paid for 2 as we left after work. There was no tea or coffee available anywhere. No kettle or coffee machine in the room, not available at the bar or in the foyer as some reviews have stated, so they must have changed that. There is NO room service at all! Breakfast was the only place you could have a hot drink and at 25 euros pp that's an expensive cup of liquid! They brought us a kettle when asked but no cups, I then had to request them and was asked ”don't you have any”! There is no fridge in the room anyway, so it's black coffee or herbal tea but bring your own coffee or tea bags as these aren't available either. There is a bottle of warm water in the room but it costs 4.5 Euros. The towels are old, thin, grey and rough. The pool costs 10 euros, even to hotel guests! Room wasn't serviced by 5.30pm so we checked out and moved into an amazing apartment hotel a few hundred yards away. It has absolutely everything you could want, including a pool for the same price. Positives of the westin - great view from upper floors, great bar staff and food. Also, they speak English at reception. We will never return or book business associates in.

GGuest UserThe location was perfect and the price was suitable for me. There was enough USB and power outlets for everyone. There was also a mirror and a place to hang clothes (e.g. jackets). There were also a fewer hangers than the people in the room but it was ok during my stay; only one other person and myself used them. There were also 6 locker compartments, which was very useful, but you have to buy your own lock. You can buy it from the lobby but in my case they were out of stock so I bought from Rossman, and thankfully I still had time to get one before they close. So, it's better to buy your own lock and use it in your travel. However, being in an 8-bed room with others meant that the toilet was not always clean because of different people using it, having different standards, and the smell in the room was not very good and needed ventilation and something to protect others when someone in the room is sick. So, I would suggest putting leaflets and using controlled rules. Also, the one who used the bed before me has left the pillow and blanket unorganized and with his own dirty cover, so I had to remove them and tidy them before putting mine. I believe, these should be cleaned and tidied up before me. Also, the heater's knob had no numbers so I couldn't know on which level it is. Also, the attitude of the first person I met at the reception desk was not very good at the beginning, but afterwards I didn't have to talk deal a lot with them. I wouldn't recommend a&o's App for usability, but I used to check-in while on the way. However, when I arrived, it was difficult to use the self check-in terminal. It prints a paper with my room number asking me to confirm it, but how do I know the room number in the first place before checking in?? also, whoever used it before me had not taken his printed receipt, so when I had to take the paper, I took also this receipt, with amounts that are not mine, so it was confusing. When I went to the reception clerk and asked him, he first misunderstood and started the checkin based on that wrong receipt. When I started to notice that, I told him (again) that this receipt is not mine, so he asked me (with quiet frustration) ”then why are you showing me this?” and then asked me for my ID to proceed with my check-in. Of course, it feels very bad when he blames me, but also they should be better listeners and need to pay attention to the usability of the self check-in scenario in the App as well as the terminal.
