My flights were cancelled due to a snow storm and the radisson would not cancel nor refund my booking.

Room was spacious and I appreciated the mini fridge and microwave. The hotel restaurant was horrible and when you are stuck without a car I had to order from outside which was expensive. Food was always cold with no taste. Need to get a new chef.

Our flight was cancelled late Christmas night. It was very important that we had food in the hotel if possible. We called this hotel and obviously we got another hotel affiliated with this one. They said we had a restaurant open until 12 pm. There was not a restaurant open until 12am and the desk clerk was not a bit helpful to what happened. Nor did he care.

Charged an additional 50$ for parking for a vehicle for a week even though I was on a one day business trip visiting Edmonton. Don’t trust these folk. Won’t be staying there again!

The price was great and the property was really clean and modern. Our only problem was with catching the shuttle from the airport, we ended up taking a very expensive taxi. Shuttle from the hotel to the airport was great.
