Quality Inn Lebanon - Nashville Area

Great hotel! Very quiet, not many people. Plenty of quick bites nearby and right on the highway. Oh, and cleanliness was outstanding. Thank you!

The hotel was nice, newer and clean. The room was a little small and the beds were too firm. My wife and I both woke up with stiff backs.

We always pick this hotel when we stay in the area and so does everyone else it appears because every time there parking lot is full and everyone is so nice never had a problem with the hotel or the staff we had to cut our stay short due to the weather so we hated that part but we talked about it and we both agreed our safety is more important but it was a nice weekend spent for our 6th year wedding anniversary definitely will be back probably in another 2 years that is our trend up that way we stayed at this same hotel and got our same room this time as we did last time i was so excited that we were able to get the same one but anyways if you need a hotel to stay at this is your one to do so 💜

This was the cleanest economy hotel that we have ever stayed in. Even the HVAC was relatively quiet.

Rooms had black mold, cockroaches, and smelled very musty. We requested an additional room 3 separate times and each subsequent room was the same. A refund was requested and finally received after the manager arrived. Definitely DO NOT RECOMMEND!!!

It was a clean hotel with friendly staff and a good breakfast spread.

The stay was as expected for the price. Great clean place, great staff. Disclaimer: I like firm beds.

Me an my husband stayed at this hotel last Thursday while driving to. North Caroline, it was good. So on the way back home yesterday we decided we would book another room since we were both tired from driving all day .I am sad to say this one was a big disappoin**ent. We checked in I requested a upper level room, was given a room on the first floor. We thought it will be ok for tonight, not sure what was going on but we could hear people yelling ab lots of stomping of feet around us. We went to sleep around 9, right after going to sleep the telephone starting ringing It would ring then stop, it did this like 5 different times. The one time I did answer it, nobody said anything. We finally got to sleep, then at 3:39 in the morning I was working up by loud voices abs laughing. At first I thought maybe it wa the room next door or maybe someone outside in the parking lot. This went on for about 15 minutes, I finally got up an opened our door ti see some guy standing right out in front of our hotel door with some other guy. I believed I scared him when I opened the door, because he jumped slightly when the door opened. I was it’s f****** 3:47 in the morning, you need to move an move like now. He did move but I was like where was the front desk people, I mean I know they had to hear them. Breakfast was ok.. but not great. Overall I don’t think we will stay here again.

I’m sure this would be a nice place to stay if I hadn’t had a room right outside of the lobby. The noise of everyone coming and going made it difficult to relax. The high ceiling and lack of carpeting made every little sound I made echo through the room. As a result there was very little sense of privacy. I could hear everyone, and assumed everyone could hear me. The decor was a bit sterile and unimaginative, even for a chain hotel, but everything was clean and well stocked. The night attendant was polite and helpful. The continental breakfast had everything you would expect to find there. If you find yourself on the ground floor near the lobby, do what I didn’t and ask if you can be moved to a different room. You’ll thank yourself in the morning when you have decent sleep.
