Pleasant staff, but a very tiny room with a 45 degree ceiling where you cannot stand up.
I wouldn’t stay here ever again.

The most disgusting service I have ever seen. When we were ordering at their restaurant, the head of the hotel stated that we must order more or leave, as he said, "since it is illogical that there are five of you, and only three dishes are ordered." This really smart man even did not allow us to stay when we told him that their restaurant had not had other dishes we wanted to order before he came.. If you want to be treated worse than cattle, welcome to this place.

Very nice location in Acute little town on the shores of Lake Geneva. Hotel is a beautiful old building with modern renovations. Breakfast was great and the staff were friendly. Overall, we had a great stay.

Sloped ceilings making everything uncomfortable. Bed sheets were dirty on arrival. Service was great though.

Wir nutzten das Hotel "Hostellerie du Chateau" als Pilgerunterkunft. Zugegeben, etwas teurer als eine schlichte Pilgerherberge, aber gerade mit dem angebotenen Vierer-Zimmer auch mehr als okay. Die Zimmer haben Charme, im Restaurant haben wir sehr fein gegessen. Die Lage ist wirklich attraktiv: am frühen Abend konnten wir im Sonnenschein auf dem grossen Platz vor dem Hotel einen Apéro geniessen mit Blick aufs Schloss.

Les chambres plutôt petites pour le prix Presque 200 euros la nuit Une literie loin d être au top Des équipements vieillissants Pas de voilages uniquement double rideaux Compliqué !!! La salle de bain très rustique et l éclairage très minimaliste Le plus gros problème vient des odeurs de graillons venant du restaurant À notre arrivée c étais poisson 🐠 !!! L unique hôtel a Rolle Bien domage Nous ne reviendrons pas

Les chambres de l'hôtel sont incroyablement spacieuses et offrent un confort exceptionnel. La literie est d'une qualité supérieure, garantissant ainsi de bonnes nuits de sommeil. Le personnel est extrêmement gentil et serviable, toujours prêt à répondre à vos besoins. De plus, il y a des places de stationnement gratuites juste à côté de l'hôtel, ce qui est très pratique. L'emplacement de l'hôtel est idéal, avec le lac Léman à proximité immédiate. C'est l'endroit parfait pour profiter d'une agréable balade au crépuscule le long du lac. Je recommande vivement cet hôtel.
