My leisure, libation, fun, enjoyment and pleasure all in one place. The exotic cuisine is authentic that’s why I find it to be perfect and excellent. The service is attentive and personal at it’s best. Keep me in mind everytime you want to make a deal in your promotions and marketing. I can use a break such as freebies, discounts, comps., free play, that are worth coming back for as incentive to get me in the house to patronize your business. Make it competitive for there are others that want my business as well but not attractive enough of a proposal for me to splurge and spend my social security and pension in wholeheartedly without regret and restraint. The most important thing is that I paint the town red, go gallivanting, find pleasure and enjoyment in everything I do and not be dissapointed and discouraged or disgusted and annoyed/irritated. Make me happy, is that so much to ask ? As I know for certain that the House always wins.

Check in - waiting in line was a bit painful. Although a lot of people used express check in and found it very quick and easy. We were upgraded to room with ***** view which we appreciated very much. The room itself was fine. It was clean. Toilet in working order and shower was nice and warm. Ice machine on our level working perfectly. Free parking. Hotel security all very helpful. Check out was super simple. I’m not fussy so overall happy!!

I can't possibly express how extraordinary this property and its staff are.. I took a big gamble and placed 6 of our business team here over a conference week even though it was a brand newly rolled out hotel and ****** (which can be problematic typically until they can smooth things out with a bit of time under their belts) but not here! From the very moment we arrived we have been treated like VVIPs in every single way by each and every staff member across the board starting with extraordinary automatic upgrades for our entire team by the utterly charming front desk clerks to absolutely beautifully appointed two room Royal Suites with fantastic views of The ***** and Sphere. The location for anyone attending the Convention Center is one of the best possible placements on the entire ***** and is an easy convenient walk back and forth. The ****** is one of the nicest that we have ever gambled in with gorgeous custom made and super comfortable table seating (just 5 to a blackjack table vs being crammed with 6) with high caliber dealers and pit bosses. The dining options are absolutely first class and exceed expectations in every way with an incredibly varied selection of options that did not disappoint a single time throughout our weeklong stay. Dons Prime stands out as not only the best steakhouse experience in Las Vegas but was voted by our group as one of the top ten restaurants we had all dined in EVER (and that's a high bar with this well traveled group)... Even the food court was exceptional with fantastic made to order bagel sandwiches in the mornings and fabulous pizza as a quick afternoon snack. The cocktail staff was also some of the best that we have experienced as well .. Special mentions go to the lovely lovely ladies at the utterly stunning Bleau Bar positioned at the epicenter of the ******. The girls that assist you with finding a table at this bar go above and beyond to accommodate in even the most hectic of circumstances and work really hard to stay on top of the table turns to move patrons through swiftly and flawlessly to make way for new guests. We experienced them twice and were blown away by how hard they worked to secure lovely seating for our group both times. I truly can't say enough good about this entire experience and we are now firm converts from our previous favorite Aria and are now 100% Team Fontainebleau any time we are in Vegas. Can't wait to return ! Well done on what had to be one very difficult road to get open and staffed to such a flawless effect.

I came to this hotel based on online search reviews rating this hotel as 4 stars. The reviews must have been fake. The registration wouldn't allow me to view the room before checking in. Had I been allowed to do so I wouldn't have checked in. The room smelled like stinky feet. There was dust and dirt on everything. Each of the walls all had some kind of stains on them. The tub had hairs all over it. The plliow cases had stains on them. The windows were hard to see out of. Each of the two lamps in the room had a 4 watt light bulb and provided lighting similar to a tiny night light. The management offered to have someone check on the 4 watt bulbs but nothing about the filth in the room. The linens on the bed did seem clean. This is the first and last time I stay here at this $100 a night room.

Although the hotel design is not much, the location of the hotel is very convenient, so there is no big problem. The room is very comfortable and there is free coffee. There are several affordable restaurants downstairs of the hotel, which can solve the problem of three meals. It is recommended to choose a room with a high floor, which will be less noisy, because outside the hotel is the scenic spot, and there will be a lot of music. It's really convenient, so I highly recommend this hotel. The bed was very comfortable and I had a pleasant trip.

Our room rate was great and although this is not a 5 star hotel, it rates 5 trip advisor stars. The staff is efficient, friendly, and did a great job of making us feel welcome. The room was clean and spacious for the three of us. Good amenities and comfortable beds. The ****** was not over crowded and there was a good variety of games. If you want to stay in downtown, this is an excellent choice.

GGuest UserSome time ago we purchased a four night, five day ”update selling package” from The Elara from Hilton. I had to travel alone because my wife has been doctoring for what was believed to be a pinched nerve in her back. She was unable to walk without pain, and the doctors suggested it would be better if she didn't travel. I arrived in Vegas about 8:45 am, and got to the Elara at 9:15 am. Check in time is 4:00 pm, but luckily enough they had a One bedroom room open for me. Best check in experience we have ever had at that facility. I thought it was going to be a great time in Vegas. I had scheduled a time for a timeshare presentation at 10:30 am on Friday. Since I was alone, I went in on Thursday as asked if I could move it up to 8:30 am which they did. I was given a lanyard with a card on it, and was told there would be a group meeting at 8:30. I went to the meeting with about 20 other people. It lasted about 10 minutes, then salespeople went around and took the couples to a private meeting. I was the last one selected, and they asked me where my wife was. I told them of her health issues, and that she was unable to travel. I was told by the receptionist that I could not take the ”review meeting” since my wife was not with me. I told them of her health issues and after a few more minutes she came back and told me that it was illegal in the state of Nevada to allow me a solo meeting. Then the gal told me that she couldn't reach the sales manager, but he would call me soon. I said ”are you certain he will call me?” and she said oh yes, he always returns calls, and you will hear from him for certain before the end of the day. That never happened. In late afternoon I starting calling to find out what was going on. No one ever answered the phone. I called many times from Friday through Sunday and no one ever answered the phone or returned my call. They were not open Saturday or Sunday, I later found out. Starting another round of calls Monday, after I had already moved to a different, Embassy Suites Hotel also in Las Vegas. I bet I talked to 3 or 4 more people and finally I got to talk to a helpful person, name of Rose Marie. She told me that since I didn't listen to the timeshare presentation I had to pay $752.78 for my 4 night stay, less the $247.78 I had prepaid for the 4 day package. I told Rose Marie that I would not pay that price because if the sales manager would have called me back on Friday as I had been promised he would do, I would have been out of that room about 15 minutes after he called me, and moved to a more reasonable hotel. Rose Marie went back to her manager a few times, and I got the extra charge for the rental cut in half. $252.50 was the new amount that I had to pay. Better than double that price, but still 100% unreasonable based on what I had paid for the 4 day package. I thanked Rose Marie many times for doing a job that I was sorry she had to perform. She agreed that she knew that what I told h

EEvian_LuteIt was my first time booking with The Venetian Resort these few days. Checking in was very smooth even though they were busy with everything was efficiency. Our room of double queen bed was spacious and clean, nice room view and a special shoutout to housekeeping who did very well. The hotel provided free and speed Wi-Fi. Fast and efficient service upon some special request. Easy for self-parking inside the hotel. It is a convenient walk from the hotel to the Las Vegas ***** instead of driving out. The unsatisfied was that the hotel room didn't free water bottles for customers.

GGuest UserBeautiful revamped hotel. Overall a fantastic experience! Gave us a complimentary birthday upgrade to a beautiful huge suite in the ruby tower. They have a couple of towers, but ruby tower is the tower you will want to be in, w a close by self parking garage connected and a more dedicated check in lobby. You also get direct lift lobby access to the gym, pool and juice bar. Hotel was connected to the ****** floor and direct access to plenty of restaurants. We tried 1 of them and even though pricey, it did not disappoint. Service was decent for a hotel of this size. Rooms were well designed and quite high tech. Just remember to not touch the sensor activated mini bar at all cost - unless you want to pay through your nose. Saw that you could order room service and the prices were similar to the restaurant prices we went to, so that was quite nice. Views were ok, not the best but acceptable, we faced the pool and given it was low season, it wasn’t noisy at all. The carpark felt fairly safe, we noticed security patrolling a couple of times. There is a valet parking option if you like. Great option to stay at as the other hotels on the ***** all charge crazy daily parking rates. Location from the ***** is way nearer than it looks, an easy straight road walk down for about 15-20 mins, and you’ll get to the miracle mile shopping centre and the *****. Once you’re back at the hotel, you are away from all the crazy and in a very safe space. Will definitely recommend this hotel and will be back for sure!

EExpatMade my annual visit back to the US, and this hotel was in the middle of where I needed to be. Once the former Lucky Dragon which did not have proper permits at the time, it seems that Ahearn family is utilizing the space as good multi-purpose. They ventured into a steakhouse, cafe eatery, chocolatiers, a performance dinner theater, and conference venue. The hotel rooms are comfortable, and the staff is quite friendly and professional. The lobby bar closes quite early but The Mint and Golden Steer are next-door, which brings in a lot of locals. I did not try the steakhouse in the hotel, though it’s definitely a solid venue in appearance. There are shopping plazas down the street, but there’s no microwave in the room. There’s not really a point to buy anything to cook. Food is available within the hotel during their opening times, and their breakfast is of a simple yet filling choice of three. I got the avocado three straight days in a row. Mimosas and Espressos blend well with bar options. One of the security guards gave me the background of their conference venue. I was able to buy some books from the very small gift shop. My suggestion is the gift shop can up a notch. I didn’t really use the pool, but the space itself is nice because it’s shaded a good chunk of the day. The position of my own room allowed me to turn the air conditioner off. All the toiletries are in the room, and the housekeeping staff is accommodating if you need anything. I stayed here and the Jockey Club within the first week of the visit, and both hotels are within the same price range despite different locations. Definitely the most logical place to stay if visiting local friends, as I do so on Burner Mondays at The Phoenix. Ahearn has a comedy, singing, and magic show offered with their room. The classic cars near the front lobby were really nice to see. Great job so far, and I look forward to seeing what else they implement there for my next visit.

NNjohns13We stayed at the hotel for 4 nights and had a lovely stay! The hotel is huge with some great facilities. I am not into the ****** scene and it made a change that this was more discreetly placed in the hotel compared to some of the others. Pool area was great. Gym and spa really nice. Lots of lifts so easily could access my floor and room. There are restaurants and activities throughout the facilities. Good location and one day we walked the length of the *****! Easy to get Uber or cabs if you want. Also the deuce bus is a few minutes walk round the corner. The big bus open roof tour bus is literally around the corner if you like that. Daily bedding and towel changes from housekeeping.

GGuest UserI haven’t stayed in the Linq for quite some time so I figured I give it a shot. Big mistake… When I checked in the safe was locked so I asked the front desk to send someone to open it. Took three phone calls by the time someone came who did not have the tools needed. I was told someone was coming later to get it done… It was past 1am so I had to call it a night. Next morning called again, this time it took two attempts to finally get it done. I had late night meetings so I asked for a late checkout, I was hoping for noon instead of 11am but was flat out refused. I’m spending approximately four and a half months out of a year in hotels - yes, I travel a lot for business - and don’t have to use it often but here and there I ask for a late checkout. Never been refused yet until now in the Linq. In fact, the lady I talked on the phone with sounded like she was very annoyed by me even asking for such a thing. Not much better attitude when I came down to check out. I walked up to a lady at the front desk who did not feel like checking me out but simply sent me to the self check out machine. I tried but the machine didn’t work. I flagged her down to help me just to realize that the machine really didn’t work. Sent me over to the next one and guess what? I’d didn’t work either… Then finally she was willing to check me out manually while looking really annoyed that she had to deal with this. By this time there was a line behind me of other frustrated guests who also complained about the hassle I just went through. So at the end I was denied a late checkout but I guess it was ok that I had to spend a lot of my time just to go through the process while dealing with people who seemingly misunderstood the point of hospitality… I’m spending my money on hotel stays and the Linq is not one of those I’m willing to spend a penny on in the future. Fooled me once… The location of course is good and the room was otherwise ok

EeM.MGood experience and honest price, with parking space included;) really big room, however, different than I saw in the photos. The building is old and needs to be renovated as it's a little bit too old/destroyed. Unfortunately, the hot water is not available 24/7 so if you want to take a hot shower in the morning, you can forget about it. Downstairs not so many options open as per closure/renovation.

I was staying on the ***** in Las Vegas and wanted to get away from all the crowds of people so we decided to visit Aliante and we had a great time playing slots. The ****** was big and clean. There was plenty of room to spread out and enjoy yourself. Lily served us drinks at the slots and she was so pleasant and friendly. Thank you, Lily for your excellent service we enjoyed meeting you. I would not have known about Aliante if it hadn't been for Las Vegas Low Roller (LVR - Daniel) on YouTube. We watch him all the time and know that he plays there sometimes so we decided to take a chance. Aliante has all the newest games. I would definitely recommend you stop there on your next trip to Vegas. I may look into staying off ***** next time just to avoid all the traffic and crowds of people.

GGuest UserOvernight stay to pick up family for a roadtrip. After almost 12 hrs driving, I was looking forward to a good meal & a beer (the hotel listed a ******, brewery & a couple dining options onsite). Took way too long to check in, got stuck behind a large party & the check in desk seemed short staffed. And ALL the dining options were also showing at least 30 minute waits... ended up with a couple slices of pizza (which were quite good) from the overly smoky ******. The room was in good condition & was comfortable. However, I woke up the next morning to leaf blowers before 8 AM... really?

Don’t like the resort fee for $100.00 which includes absolutely nothing as far as the rides, shows, etc that the hotel has on its premises. ****** was decent sized.
