Fontainebleau Las Vegas

Beautiful hotel. Rooms were clean and they have a strict no smoking rule for the rooms. The gym was also a plus. Must try Capons and Bar Ito in the promenade/food court area! The hotel is at the end of the ***** so prepare yourself for ample Uber rides if you are to go to another hotel on the *****. Easy to walk to Sahara or Resort world. Walgreens is also walking distance for water and snacks.

Everything was great!! The service and the ****** were exceptional.

Well, the first four days at this hotel were wonderful! The rooms were cleaned to my specifications. The service was great , and then suddenly, it wasn’t as stellar as before. The maids seem to ignore Privacy signs. They don’t show up to clean when they said they would. Then, they come early and try to come in while you’re in the shower. The other set of maids were EXCELLENT however! They cleaned to my specifications and beyond! I found a crew that did what I asked after the debacle. They were friendly, courteous and clean! Roxanne and Fatima take pride in their job! Rachel was so nice and apologetic when I explained what happened to me with the maid service. She issued me a food and beverage credit. However, if the hotel gives you a food and beverage credit to make up for their mistakes, they will play harassing music in the restaurant you choose to make you feel unwelcome. I was HUMILIATED after using the food and beverage credits like I was needy for using them. The music is too loud in the hotel and restaurants. I am so sick of 80s music because I don’t like my father, and it reminds me of him. They use it to communicate how they feel about you while you are in the hotel. That was also humiliating. Beautiful hotel, but they don’t have many options for people with allergies. I am allergic to dogs, and I have food allergies, and they don’t have many food options for me. They also need rooms that will not accept pets. I visited the Fontainebleau in Miami while I was dating a guy with Rolls Royce so it was nostalgic in that way with all of the Rolls Royces lined up outside of the hotel, but I didn’t feel welcome after the fifth day! I recommend the hotel. It is beautiful, but it may not be for me since I got harassed after the fifth day by people who seemed to be trying to help my ex-husband and my estranged family members harass me.

Place brand new. Will be good in future. Still need to mature.
