Best hotel of this trip. The room is large, clean and tidy. It provides 4 bottles of mineral water and a kettle (which is not available in almost all hotels in the Americas). The breakfast is rich and you can eat Chilean cherries. The scenery is great, you can see the Andes and the snow on the mountains!

There was a disjoint between the restaurant and hotel. System needs improvement. No wardrobe in room surprised me. Good beds. Room in average condition. It took 25 minutes to check out (no waiting that’s simply the time it took for what should have been a simple admin procedure). People are very nice they just need improved operating processes.

The location is very good. But the facilities and service leave much to be desired. The mattress on the bed was in very bad condition. The TV control never worked, despite going to the reception 3 times. One of the elevators was not working. The insulation of the room is terrible, you can hear everything from the neighboring rooms.

The stolen hotel money should be an interruption to the health of the aunt. The front desk manager is a gentleman. The location is very good, the transportation is convenient, the room is spacious, clean, and the facilities are complete, including the gym and swimming pool, the service is also very warm, and the overall stay experience is excellent.
