酒店位於小鎮中心區域，整個小鎮有點歷史了，比較有童話氛圍，建築比較舊，酒店內壁裝修過，但難掩一些歲月的痕跡，房間比較大，早餐中規中矩。
有一點不太能接受，價格相當貴，行程去了許多地方，唯獨這個地方價格異常貴，是因為中餐廳的原因？

Great, friendly staff! Excellent location for access to the Chris**as market and shops of downtown. Parking is nearby at a public lot, but not onsite. Breakfast was really not great. Also, the property is okay, but not great.

A lovely hotel very close to the town centre attractions. Reception staff were all friendly and helpful and recognised us as we passed through. The room we had was very peaceful despite being in the centre of town and cool with air conditioning. After a hot day out we really appreciated relaxing in the calm swimming pool and spa area

The location of the hotel is the best! It is next to a park, next to a parking garage, in the old town! You can walk everywhere! The room was pretty good, and we were upgraded! The staff was so helpful, kind and always smiling! I would stay there again!

Great hotel in the heart of Colmar. It was a short two minute walk to the major spots in Colmar (shopping, Chris**as markets, restaurants). Check-in was superb and the staff put our luggage into the room while we were out for lunch. The room was very comfortable, with a king size bed, and comfortable sitting area. The hotel staff was incredibly helpful and friendly. They have an amazing breakfast and their bar serves drinks until 1am. Overall, a very good hotel in a great location.

Para um hotel de 4 estrelas fica muito aquém das expectativas… bastante antiquado, a limpeza também não era extraordinária, as camas e mobiliário bastante degradados, a única coisa que valeu a pena foi ter piscina. Como só fiquei uma noite não odiei, se tivesse reservado mais dias, ia chorar esse dinheiro para sempre….
