在這家住了三天，第一天開始皮膚瘙癢，遇熱水刺痛，睡一覺看到枕頭上有斑點，叫前台換床品，離店後發現膝蓋，手臂，後背起紅疹，背部有紅色腫塊，自費去醫院，檢查結果是濕疹，濕瘡，蚊蟲叮咬，拿醫院的診斷結果找酒店，經理表示沒法證明是在他家住出來的問題，他家也沒出現過這種問題，要醫院清楚地寫出來是酒店造成，經理就是知道醫院不可能為這種事公證才説出這種離譜要求，客房部經理處理事情攪混水偷換概念，衞生條件存疑，醫葯費還是攜程平台出的，酒店撇開責任後沒有一點賠償🤣🤣

酒店給我的第一映像就是每個地方都乾淨，裝修擺件都特別有品味，到前台辦理入住服務態度好，辦理速度快，進入客房環境乾淨，他們家床睡起來真的很舒服，房間佈局合理空間也很大，停車也是免費的，自動洗衣機掛燙機也是免費使用的！交通也方便，設施各方面都挺齊全的，他們家的窗户都是朝小區裏面的所以安靜，酒店的熱水24小時供應，空調也暖和吹的暖風也舒服。

跟服務員説第二天早上叫早前台顯得很詫異，好像提了很不合理的要求説衹能打電話叫，答應了以後第二天也沒有打電話，打電話早上叫醒服務，是任何一個賓館最基礎的服務，第二天不叫也可能會誤客人的事。在這家酒店的餐廳預訂了午餐，説清楚了房號，而且跟對方加了微信，在微信上服務員把房號發了一遍，我也把房號發了一遍，第二天中午回去後餐還是送錯了，送錯了房間，房號和我的很像，很不認真很不細心。還有第二天中午12:00房卡會失效，沒有提前告訴我等我上去以後才發現房門刷不開，總體感覺不是這樣一個級別和價位的酒店應該有的服務，還有衞生間的廁所燈是自動感應的，但是特別靈敏，旁邊遠遠經過都亮，所以我經過之後需要不斷地去關衞生間燈，衹能説房間還不錯，環境也不錯，別的沒有一個是體驗好的

房間寬敞，窗明幾凈，設施很齊備也很好用，房間內提供免費茶包茶葉很是貼心，洗澡間很舒服，水量也大，尤其是床鋪非常舒服，非常滿意，對於跑了一天長途的人來説睡一覺很解乏，工作人員服務態度也很好、很貼心，值得推薦！！！

環境：優秀，大學城算的上最好的酒店
服務：較差，積分換的水果沒有，延遲退房前台沒提，讓14點退房，雖然最後打電話可以延遲，責任歸到前台是新來的身上
