別來！！！住的最難受的酒店，這個酒店，衞生紙是發黴的，裏面還有黃色液體幹了的樣子，在衞生紙盒子裏麪還是倒扣着的要不是我白天鼻子難受想打開用一下，我都發現不了，如果是晚上關了燈看不清楚就隨便用了！！！並且第一天晚上洗完澡出來浴巾一條是中間開着口子另一條一半就是破抹布一樣的布條條！！！，空調温度調了一晚上都是熱風，最低31度，是內景房打開窗户特別大的剛刷完油漆的味道！！！非常難受的體驗！！！

住了兩晚上，前面一直穿的呢子大衣，走的那天早上穿的羽絨服，門口鎖那沒處理，給我羽絨服劃了一個口，誰懂啊，這是我最喜歡的羽絨服，心都在滴血，建議老闆處理一下

服務人員特別好，保安大叔也是特別好。但是整個房子不合理，它是包了商場一層，這麼大空間設定房間導致大多數房間無窗或者暗窗，這種地方房間估計也不能實體牆。導致房子隔音極差，通風差。隔壁房間一點聲音都能聽見，房間味道不好聞，一股煙味。最主要該房子在一家KTV的樓上，我的天哪！！！一晚上從故鄉的雲唱到包青天主題曲。。。每次有人拉着行李走過類似火車。保安大叔給了耳塞，前台也幫忙換了幾次房間，但都是這樣。房間衞生也不行，第一個房間枕套全是煙灰和🩸。類似於上個世紀招待所。但是房間裏面都是還不錯，電視是小米的，熱水非常熱和大，吹風機和鏡子都不錯。但噪音太太大。對聲音完全不敏感可以來住，要不然還是考慮下加點錢去旁邊的假日酒店，我們來晚了，8點後退不了房，衹能住了。房間給個意見，牆壁和門做隔音處理，樓道鋪墊靜音地毯。最好的建議是別開了，也開KTV吧。

酒店位置很好，酒店鬧中取靜，離西客站也很近，衹有500米。總體滿意。房間空間大！樓下還有個夜市。出差到蘭州！下次有機會來的話，要去逛逛樓下夜市。前台小姐姐服務非常棒。總體十星好評

房間還行，挺乾淨。訂的特惠，價格對比了一下其他酒店，比較合理。訂的沒有窗户，前台給升級了一個帶窗户的房子，樓下夜市好吃的也比較多，晚上下去轉了一圈。滿意着呢！
