打車按照同程提供的地址到目的地，未找到酒店，與老闆聯繫，結果離酒店還有500米距離，頂着烈日揹着行囊拖着行李箱問了三個人到達酒店，到達酒店後在房間門口等了大概五分鐘，老闆才發房間門密碼，此時內急，到屋後殺進衞生間，馬桶有些鬆動，酒家提供一次性馬桶墊比較人性，但已經無暇顧及，便後，沖個澡，由於地漏有長頭髮（本人男）造成部分堵塞，分兩次沖洗，洗澡過程中未發現沐浴露及洗髮沐露，看到洗手枱有一瓶洗手液和一拼無標識彩色液體，以我多年的經驗，這應該是沐浴露，但不知道是不是洗髮露，浴後看整個房間陳設簡約風，總體看着還舒適，發現有棉簽，大喜（由於工作關係雙耳有中耳炎），結果發黴了，發現浴巾有兩小塊淡黃色污點，瞬間心裏陰影，第二次沐浴選擇自然風乾，下午五點多入住一直到夜裡快十二點，一直在與店家協商開發票事，反覆催促，始終得不到解決，甚至有一次與店家通話期間，店家接到同程客服電話，把我撂那了，和客服通話後再與我溝通，我瞬間石化，感受到上帝對我照顧，最終我妥協了，衹能開電子發票，結果打不開，再與店家溝通，最終是解決了，這時已經快十二點了，本來打算十點多就睡覺，結果兩點才睡，四點半起床趕車，多麼幸福的一晚

作為公寓式民宿環境衞生都不錯，衹是服務態度太差。1、同一個訂單訂的兩個套房相隔一公里，步行15分鐘以上。原本家庭出遊距離這麼遠，遠遠違背了我訂民宿的初衷。2、位置顯示離西站很近，其實步行走不到；千萬不要看定位和地址，那都是假的，你自己是絕對找不到的，衹能讓房東來接。3、我們遇到的房東態度很不好，讓我們在高鐵站前等很久不説，兩個套房之間多走一趟就很不情願，還説愛住不住，我們帶着兩個三歲的孩子，也不允許孩子大一點點聲音説話，我們直接找攜程退了房。4、開始還不願意退按金，我們找攜程才把按金退了。勸大家訂這家民宿之前一定要考慮清楚！

入住房間完全不是圖片房間，到了民宿的小區地址被告知打車去另一個地方，入住房間和圖片房間相差十萬八千里，懶得糾纏晚上又訂了別的酒店
