房間非常乾淨，早餐也品種豐富，尤其是前台蘇蘇和小孫，從辦理入住到電話問詢，都非常熱情，地理位置很優越，下次來蘭州一定會繼續入住!我的衣服落在房間裏了，工作人員小孫主動與我聯繫，並且幫我快遞到家，非常感謝。

酒店位置很好，臨近地鐵站，出行方便。環境衞生很不錯，服務尤其好，有小童拖鞋和牙刷，地下免費停車。
我住的房間，空調壞了，不出冷風，半夜才開空調，發現不出冷風也不好意思叫服務員，就這麼房間內26度睡了一晚，根本沒有休息好。
第二天沖涼，調節水温開關，一碰就掉了，自己再按上去，也不知道水温是冷還是熱，就摸索着洗了個澡。另外，護髮素沒有及時補充，空瓶，頭髮就將就着洗完了。
真的是一言難盡啊！建議工作人員查一下我住的這個房間，一個酒店方方面面，不能衹盯着前台服務態度，工程和保潔做事紕漏百出。

過年不想平躺，臨時起意來蘭州轉了一圈，一路看了好多家酒店最後選擇了桔子水晶國貿店，前台服務很好幫忙拿行李入住辦理很快，免費升級了房型，房間乾淨簡約風户型也很大，環境安靜機器人送到服務沒有人打擾，二樓早餐，下次來蘭州還住這裏，感謝酒店服務人員熱情接待，作為同為服務行業的同行祝願酒店生意興隆👍👍👍

非常滿意，酒店環境很好，工作人員服務周到，初三早上的早飯送到了房間，後面兩天的早餐到餐廳吃的，菜品豐富，味道不錯，酒店配有洗衣房還有烘乾機，很方便。

這一區域人不多，很安靜，淡季酒店人也不多，健身房太小沒有鍛鍊器材，衹有兩個跑步機，早餐也很簡單，可選用的種類也很少
