奧體打卡，萬達茂購物完對面就是酒店，五星級設施，高端大氣上檔次，停車場就在地上很方便，大門口星辰特別好看，前台熱情禮貌，行李生也很熱情一路幫我們提到房間，而且最暖是在任何樓層碰到管理層或者服務員聽到你找不到什麼都會熱情幫介紹帶路，酒店的大浴缸簡直不要太愛，以後到蘭州衹住這裏，早上走的時候看到消防和酒店在為蘭馬做安全準備，那麼祝酒店客源爆滿吧！

設施：房間設施很棒，很喜歡落地窗，整個奧體中心一覽無餘，隔音效果很好，淋浴間和衞生間乾濕分離，衞生乾淨整潔👍🏻
服務：入住房間以後，前台第一時間回訪詢問房間是否滿意，很貼心，因為沒有提前規劃好行程，不知道旋轉餐廳自助在周內沒有，賓客服務中心的蘇霞耐心推薦了附近商場的好吃的，正趕上生日，退房離店之前前廳部瞿經理和安詳還貼心為我準備了生日小禮品，禮賓部的張愛鵬最後也貼心指明瞭地下停車場的位置，很滿意的一次旅行，感謝前廳部所有服務人員，期待下次再會🎉

地理位置挺好的，這個區域安靜點，如果在旁邊奧體看演出的話住這裏非常方便。服務非常好，衞生也不錯，就是淋浴可能和水壓有關係吧，畢竟品牌用的漢斯格雅算不錯了，水流稍微有點小，各方面都很贊👍

酒店服務很到位👍🏻我出差一開始訂的是高級大床房，後來先免費升級了豪華大床房。由於我習慣性進房間開空調，沒想到晚上洗個澡出來空調直奔33℃，和前台賓客服務中心打電話被告知3月還沒開啟製冷需要把空調關掉試試，但也由於房間温度一直降不下來，酒店很主動提出替換到同樓層的套房。當時已經過一點了，3月20日晚上值班的工作人員都很盡心，非常感謝他們❤️賓客服務中心的各位服務都非常好！
哦對了豪華大床房電視可以投屏，後面換的套房不能投屏，希望下次有所改進。

地段十分便利，距離高鐵站，機場高速入口都很近，門口就是萬達，吃飯逛街很方便。酒店非常大氣豪華，房間很大設施很全面，物品很細節，衞生非常乾淨。服務人員態度很棒，尤其前台張盼小姐姐，人美聲甜，服務温暖，給人賓至如歸的感覺。總之來蘭州，一定要來這裏，不會失望。

非常滿意這次入住經歷，酒店工作人員很友好很熱心。房間內的設施設備非常齊全，每一處都充分展示了細緻和用心。因為入住的房間電視線路出現故障，酒店工作人員熱情耐心進行查看和調整，並免費做了房型升級，下次旅行會繼續光顧。
