15 minutes from airport but no noise from landing/take off planes. Beautiful hotel right on beach with extensive grounds and 3+ pools. Food delicious. The staff are everyone smiling and helpful Especially Stephanie in reception; Mario who takes the bags and shows to room imparting great information; in dining room Alexandra & Marina. Highly recommend this hotel.

From the minute we walked into the reception area (which is an absolute masterclass in interior design), we knew we were in for a treat. What an amazing hotel this is. The landscaped gardens are beautiful , overlooking the sea and immaculately maintained. All of the staff, without exception, were welcoming and friendly and an asset to the hotel. There are several different areas to relax in and my gosh, this place is so chilled out and peaceful! Breakfast was great, every option you can think of and every taste catered for. Rooms are spacious, light and airy, with great views of the gardens and sea. We only ate at the hotel once on an evening, preferring to eat at the many great restaurants in the area. We chose the Asian restaurant at the hotel, which as is the rest of the hotel, beautifully decorated. The Taster Menu was very pretty to look at but unfortunately, wasn't for us. Ever so slightly pretentious and at €230 (including wine), not really worth the money. That's only our opinion though and I'm sure lots of people will disagree with us. 🙂 Staff were lovely though. We had an amazing week here and after only being home for a day, have booked again for next year. Ten nights next time though , as a week just wasn't enough. Congratulations to everyone for making our holiday special.

We we’re passing and thought we would call in for a glass of wine but decided to leave after about 20 minutes of being completely ignored by all staff. Very poor service. Wouldn’t dream of going back. Reception/ lounge bar wasn’t terribly busy so no excuse.

Fabulous hotel extremely attentive staff. Great breakfast lovely location. We normally go to the Bahia Del Duque but decided to change this year definitely on par will alternate and return as soon as possible

From the first moment on arrival we were greeted and received the best level of service through our week long trip. Special mention to Harriet and her Co worker in customer team - they never forgot my wife’s gluten free toast every morning and helped us with gluten free/good restaurants. It was my birthday on this trip and the staff already new and mentioned it at breakfast and put a banner and cake in my room - the attention to detail make it a 5 star experience. The facilities, room and the location deserve the 5 star rating. Well done to the hotel for making a memorable holiday - thank you.

We would like to say that we really enjoyed our second visit to this beautiful hotel. Our suite on the 7th floor was delightful, clean comfortable and well appointed. What makes a great hotel is the staff. From the moment we arrived until our checkout - they could not have been more helpful. All our requests were promptly and efficiently addressed. We would like to give a special mention to Harriet and Mario amongst others. We only have one negative thing to say; which is that the TV service was very poor for the English speaking guests, only two out of 100 channels were catered for. Apparently the satellite service was out of operation??

Stayed here with my husband and would highly recommend this hotel which lives up to the 5* rating. The newly refurbed rooms are stylish and modern with all amenities. We had an amazing balcony view overlooking the beachfront. The gardens were beautifully looked after. Access to the beach a huge bonus! Staff were friendly and very helpful. We availed of the couples massage which takes place in a lovely gazbo with sea views. Would highly recommend a massage from the wellness team. Also loved the new library section for guests to leave and take books, very stylish area! Will 100% return to this beautiful hotel.

Everything was excellent about this hotel. From the greeting we got on arrival to cleanliness and comfort of the room views around pool area and gardens to the food and choices at the buffet.

My husband and I spent a week in this beautiful hotel. Our goal was to relax and experience a peaceful break away. This is exactly what we got! Quiet rooms, cleaned and shining every day. Lovely cleaning staff. Special mention must go to the piano player who was simply wonderful, talented and friendly. Also Suzanne who we met at breakfast time was so warm and friendly every day. She made an effort to genuinely speak to us and have a nice conversation. Oliver at Reception was a gentleman. The staff member working at the towel bar was consistently friendly and smiling despite the extreme heat which must have been difficult to work in every day. The only suggestion I have is that we would have liked to be given the option not to recycle our bathroom towels every day, in respect of the environment.
