年初二入住，碰巧降温，温度衹有2度，且飄着小雨，濕度温度都滿足了冰掛的形成條件，非常幸運。進山門便是酒店，每棟木屋都是在竹林裏，有種隱世而居的感覺，雙床是1.8和1.5的，足夠一家四口和一個長者入住，暖氣也很舒服，浴室有浴霸，窗簾是電動的，還算乾淨，餐廳有點小貴

為了看冰掛聽説住景區內可以比較早上山，景區內都是滿房可能剛好有人退房撿漏了，酒店房間不錯，取暖設施都有環境也不錯，但是雲冰山山上的管理不行，酒店服務還是好的

無意中入住這酒店，相當舒服，連住2晚，比傍邊民宿稍貴一點，但房間就大好多了，全部是獨棟的別墅，以後再來。餐廳吃飯有點貴。

住這麼多酒店沒這麼無語過！晚上9點開始就供電不足 洗澡沒熱水！暖氣開不了 衹剩下一盞一閃一閃的燈。到第二天早上9點開始停電 整個房間烏漆嘛黑！也沒有一個電話通知 反正打電話去前台也説沒辦法 沒辦法！一千多一晚的房間！一晚上冷到沒辦法睡！這個酒店服務也真是厲害。完全不理你們怎麼説 反正就是一句沒辦法！半夜0°你愛睡就睡！反正他們酒店就是沒辦法！訂了2個什麼別墅房間 沒暖氣也就可怕了！！門縫還可以進來個**！就是在冰堆裏面過了一夜！！！真的完全不要去考慮這個酒店！！

環境雖然不錯的，但路上全是冰，行李箱拖不動，衹有前台附近有撒鹽除冰，裏面全是冰。
一路上都是扶着竹子走進民宿，手很臟，就用手盆旁的擦手巾，而且孩兒玩雪手臟也用了擦手巾，事後卻被告知要賠償30元，一條方巾15元，不可理喻，擦手巾臟缺讓客人為此付額外的錢作為賠償金。

前台服務員服務好，有問必答，房間獨棟木屋別野衞生乾淨整潔且暖氣熱水充足，馬桶有輔熱功能自動沖洗風乾，更有衣服烘乾機，五星級的酒店估計也沒有這些設施，下次繼續下榻。

在一個不下雪的淡季去住的 人很少 很安靜 都是一座座在竹林裏面的獨棟小木屋 看起來很有意境 就在雲冰山景區裏面 開車去爬山挺方便的。空氣很好。
缺點是早餐太一般了。景區還在開發中 除了爬山 附近也沒有什麼吃飯和玩的地方 。
