Ottima struttura; appartamenti davvero molto belli dove ci si sente a casa anche se si è lontani da casa. Semplice, ma chic, l'appartamento ci ha offerto un ottimo confort. Pulito silenzioso spazioso lo consiglio anche alle famiglie più esigenti. Nei pressi c'è un supermercato e la fermata dello skibus.

A Casa is de verhuurmaatschappij van o.a. Rimlhof. Zij nemen de administratie op zich, maken de reserveringen, onderhouden contact met de klanten etc. Dit betekent dat je de eigenaar niet ziet. A Casa doet dit netjes en goed maar je merkt dat ze niet goed soms op de hoogte zijn van de zaken in het betreffende huis. Bijvoorbeeld badjassen, vooraf heb ik gebeld, die zijn er niet gaven ze aan. Ter plekke bleek van wel. Zo zijn er meer zaken. Het appartement is geweldig. We maakten ons vooraf beetje zorgen vanwege paar negatieve beoordelingen. Maar het was veel beter als verwacht, keurige keuken met alles wat je nodig hebt, appartement is echt groot, goed onderhouden en schoon. Wellness met sauna, stoombad en infrarood was echt top, met mooie relaxruimte en schone sauna handdoeken. Broodjesservice vonden wij niet goed, veel te duur in vergelijking met zelf kopen. Daarnaast waren de broodjes niet vers, zo leek het tenminste en dit komt omdat de broodjes buiten in een houten kist elke ochtend klaar lagen, dus koud en vochtig. Grote supermarkt en bakker op 5 minuten lopen. Omgeving is prachtig, meteen mooie wandelingen vanaf appartement. Skiën in Oetz of Sölden. We komen zeker terug!
