King Street Serviced Apartments

Lovely Apar**ents I found here, fully self catering and self contained with parking at rear, all which I like but not cheap but not terribly expensive either. I telephoned to make enquiries and a man answered all my queries, thank you, nice. I would use if I return again.

We had a lovely stay in the apar**ent, it was very clean and warm with all the amenities you need. Perfect position to visit the castle and enjoy a day/ night around the town centre

Expensive serviced apar**ents but beautiful & worth it if want to treat self with allocated parking right outside back, secure units in central city of York, 24 hour telephone helpline answered my questions

Stayed here over Xmas for a few nights away with work. Can’t fault this place at all. The location is absolutely perfect to venture into town for the bars and restaurants. The cleanliness was excellent, the staff were polite and helpful. The room was very quiet considering it location. Plenty of things to do around here, I had a quick trip to the Lake District which is just over 30mins up the motorway and the rest was done locally, had a great visit to the castle which is literally a 2mins walk up the road. Train station around the corner I noticed so next time I won’t drive and just get the train.

My family and I relocated to the UK for the first time from Canada. Following renting some Airbnbs and a hotel finally found Mr. Joe as the owner of this amazing serviced apar**ent in the heart of Lancaster. Since I needed neat and fully serviced accommodation near to the city center and my working place in the hospital with a fair price, this place had whatever we could consider the best for our long-term stay. Joe and the internal manager Mr. Bale did whatever one needs for a long stay. A fantastic front desk lady, pampered us like a close relative from the day first. Mr. Joe has a strong character and is a fair person. I definitely suggest this serviced hotel for a short or long stay as it has all facilities for cooking and laundry at a fair price in the strata.

We were all very happy with King St Serviced Apar**ents—from the high quality of the flat to the location, couldn’t want better, from cleanliness to great shower. But has to be the service—so helpful and responsive, even on a Sunday night. Very grateful!

Apar**ent 3 was excellent with all mod cons. Nicely decorated, spotlessly clean and very comfortable large bed. Excellent heating system and good shower. Very quiet too. Would recommend as great accommodation at reasonable price. Customer service was good too.

Had a two night stay at these beautiful new apar**ents in Lancaster. Our apar**ent was number 3 . Lovely lounge/dining area and kitchen. A mezzanine bedroom overlooks the kitchen below. Well appointed shower room is in the corridor on the ground floor near the entrance . The kitchen has everything 2 people would need . Microwave. Oven ,hob.toaster .kettle.coffee maker . Tea/coffee/sugar. Milk and water in the fridge . Tea towel . Washing up liquid. Dish cloth. Tin foil, iron and ironing board. Lounge area nice comfy sofa and chair . Wide screen tv.. small dining table . Shower room with brill rain shower . Dressing gowns . Lots of towels . Some toiletries . Toilet rolls . Bedroom with large king size bed. Another tv. Dressing table . The apar**ents are not far from train station. There’s no car parking but there’s a car park round the corner . Shops bars restaurants all close by . Castle round the corner . Highly recommended .
