The pillows were great. Staff are awesome! Hot breakfast and many other choices every morning. I have stayed here many times and will continue to do so. My only complaint is they always put me upstairs or downstairs and I have to change rooms. I stayed 15 days and my luggage was very heavy so I can't get it up/downstairs. Wish they'd consider how long a person is staying when deciding where to put people. Front desk is always helpful in changing my room.

Family trip for Family was great. Wished the pool Stood Open longer Great atmosphere and great service. Great service They were nice to everyone with me. I had 3 Rooms and the staff was friendly with all I was able To Use the grill. It was awesome

We are very pleased with our stay here! Everything was very clean and the staff was so friendly. The location is great, located on London Brudge road which isn't too busy. And also within walking distance of the London Bridge, ****** parking, a few restaurants... All in all it was a very pleasant stay. Great services at a great price

Location is awesome seeing the London bridge at night is awesome, having the doc right there was super convenient. The Hotel is starting to show Wear and is in need of a Re-fresh, elevator carpet, wall is chipped, hotel furniture could also be replaced, My only other issue was the under the bed behind the headboard was not vacuumed
