Knights Inn Lake City

This place smells and is very in need of repairs. Service was not good. Will never stay there again.

Stains on the sheets.. door entry issues.. everything was falling apart..someone just walked into our room without notice.. the only thing good about this hotel was the friendly desk clerk.. not recommended at all

In a very modern world we live in, everything becoming digital, they require us to pay cash. I am a solo traveler woman, don’t carry cash because it is difficult to find places to withdraw money via Wise. They let me an hour set, desperately trying to contact ******* to try to get my money back to find another accommodation or find a solution for that. After so long, the staff decided to help me! They were angels sent by God to help me. Then, when I could finally get into the room, because the key card didn’t work appropriately, there was a bed smoke small, even though the place is a non-smoking one. The room and the blanket were not exactly like shown in the picture. Hope this company changes its policy so that other travelers don’t have a hard time as I did!

This has to be one of the worst if not the worst hotel I have ever stayed at. It smells terrible, the room needs a total do over new vinyl flirting but it was just laid down and it feels like the sun floor is rotten. If I knew how to get out of the booking I would have left.

I wish I could add pictures. Black mold growing on the top of the bathroom ceiling, open electrical outlets. I left within a hour of being there.

I went with the family, I had a very bad experience with the stay in this hotel. I do not want to think about staying this hotel again.

The property was older, the room had obviously been smoked in before. The staff was very friendly. And the bed was comfortable.

The floors(carpet) was damp, sticky , and dirty had a feet and socks like we been in a swamp all day,.. The bed were a little hard , the rooms need updating , paint preling , ceiling and corners dusty, if it wasnt already afrer midnight i would if went somewhere else..

Hotel doesn’t allow any visitors whatsoever. Roaches all over the room. Everything has a damp feeling in the room including bed and pillows. Staff is very friendly but that doesn’t help the inconveniences. Here on business and has friends who don’t see often couldn’t even bring any over to watch Georgia game with me. Definitely won’t be staying here in future.
