所有都挺好，不過我正在服務枱辦理入住登記的時候，遇到後面人突然插隊到我面前諮詢工作人員，在我的提醒下需要排隊，對方態度蠻橫惡劣！環境很好的酒店需要大家共同遵守紀律，才能有和諧的環境。還有就是房間靠近泳池邊晚上太吵了！我晚上十點多就休息了，很多小孩大聲喧鬧大聲喊叫，一驚一乍！週末出來度假我比較喜歡安靜的環境，以後如果再入住這家酒店我會換一個安靜的房間，工作人員服務態度非常好，還上門親自送了果盤和粽子大禮包，非常滿意這家酒店👍

在6月8號生日當天我們入住了野山坡阿爾卡迪亞國際度假酒店，管家然然熱情地接待了我們，給每個房間都送了水果和粽子，在得知我當天過生日後還送了暖心的生日禮物，讓我在酒店度過了難忘而又快樂的生日！這是我第二次攜家人過來，酒店環境很美，還有小動物可以觀賞。第二天我們去了附近的淶野樂園，玩得很開心。

幾年前去過興隆阿爾卡迪亞酒店，印象深刻，這次發現野三坡也有一個，果斷訂房。雖然路途遠些，但酒店環境和服務依舊不錯，尤其是管家素素，更是服務熱情，恰逢端午節假期，還給送了禮物🎁和小果盤，諮詢吃飯和周邊情況也是熱心回覆，很暖心的服務，感謝給我們全家帶來愉快的體驗。這裏四面環山，滿眼天高雲淡鬱鬱葱葱，適合放鬆親子度假⛱️

整體酒店的位置和環境都還不錯，酒店外圍因為去年發大水導致整個酒店旁的主河流和高山景色被毀，有點影響整體景色和視覺，但是酒店內的環境和綠化非常好，就是四面環山的一個幽靜的地方。 酒店前台包括服務人員對於五星級來説水平有待提高，邊看手機邊回答客人問題，客人的東西落在桌子上不主動提醒竟然問起來才説知道，但是客觀上來説還是能夠及時解決問題，衹是對於五星級來説還是有點欠缺。 酒店應該翻新了，確實很多硬件需要更新，窗户包括紗，衞生間門開關很費勁，變形了，衞生間的衞生也是沒有搞好，還有上一個客人留下來的東西，整體素質有需要提升到五星級水平。

酒店獨特的設計，我很鐘意，一進門，就有大廳人員親切的接待，大廳非常涼快且很温馨，正是我所需要的。前台人員熱情嫻熟的給我們辦理入住，尤其是王利經理無微不至的關心，耐心專業的講解周邊景點和美食，還親自給我們送到房間，這裏必須點贊👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻。房間透光性很好，整潔，簡直耳目一新，床也十分舒適，房間是中央空調，簡直就是殿堂級的享受。外出遊玩王利經理又詳細給我們進行了講解，真心不錯，真的讓入住的客人感受到其他酒店沒有的感覺很踏實！晚上還有水果，簡直貼心啊，以後還會經常住這樣的酒店。非常好體驗，下次肯定還要來，還要找王利經理。 設施：非常舒適 衞生：非常乾淨 環境：非常優雅 服務：地道沒的説
