Εξαιρετικό ξενοδοχείο!! 1. Εντύπωση: ωραίο ξενοδοχείο με πολλά υποσχόμενα. Όπου είναι σε θέση να τα εκπληρώσει. 2. Ένα ξενοδοχείο καθαρά για χαλάρωση - αποτοξίνωση από την καθημερινότητα και από το φαγητό ( γιατί προτείνει μια ποιο vegan κουζίνα στους πελάτες ) 3. Ο χώρος του σπα όπου για μένα η βαθμολογία είναι 10/10 είναι εξαιρετικός. 4. Έχει αρκετά ομαδικά προγράμματα. 5. Αρκετά έξυπνο το πρωινό όπως σερβίρετε στο εστιατόριο του ξενοδοχείου. 6. Όλο το προσωπικό ευγενικό - πρόθυμο. Αρνητικά : ( όπου θα ήθελα το ξενοδοχείο να ασχοληθεί) Μάλλον είναι και το μόνο. Αρκετά ακριβό οι υπηρεσίες του σπα ( μάζας) αρκετά όμως ακριβό. Θα μου άρεσε να υπήρχαν πακέτα μέχρι κάποιο ποσό για τους πελάτες του ξενοδοχείου. Επειδή κοίταξα αρκετά τον τιμοκατάλογο του σπα αρκετά ακριβώς για αυτά που θα κανείς από την ώρα που σε αλλά ανάλογα ξενοδοχεία είναι και έως -40% ποιο οικονομικά. Άμα φτιάξετε ένα ποιο ελκυστικό κατάλογο σε τιμές πιστεύω ότι θα είστε ένα από τα καλύτερα ξενοδοχεία με θέμα το σπα. Ή να φτιάξετε ειδικά πακέτα!! Σίγουρα θα ξανά έρθουμε!!!

The first time we booked a double room in the hotel, we had no specific problem, just small things like the fact that it had not enough towels (body, hands, face). The second time we closed a tri-clinter that eventually turned out to be a double hole with a ranch inside. The toilet is smaller than the original double, the closet also, in a bad condition of the room (deep walls, etc.). The morning we had the water cut off in the room and it was obviously no reimbursement, and at the time of checking and paying the lady in the reception she hadn't given us any spare, and she made us feel that it was our problem and that it was our fault. Generally bad experience with the reception in the morning and all the trouble to finally make the checkout.

What a fantastic discovery. We choose the place using usual online booking plateforme, but we didn't expect such a great moment. You have in this pace everything to stay longer : with sports facilities, a nice and affordable restaurant close to the pool and a 3 km walk to reach the Archeological site. Hard to do better for such a reasonable price. Our best stay in Greece.

This is a friendly place to stay with helpful owners. Our room was quite compact but well equipped with a kettle etc. The room would have been a little small with large luggage and storage was limited. The pool was lovely if a little cold. There were ample sun beds and a pleasant bar area next to it. The breakfast was good - juice, coffee, eggs and pastries. The owners were very accommodating. Mystras is gorgeous and is a ten minute walk away. The castle is amazing.
