Very bad
I could not rent the car so can't not go to this hotel that day, they rejected to cancel or change the date.
I always stay in this hotel once travel to Eindhoven, but I won't in the future.

There were a lot of hair in the bathroom. Reception was very unhelpful when we checked in but they were kind when we were checking out 😅

Cleaning service for my room during my stay, 7 nights was very terrible. Some day, there is no towels and missing one by one for another day. I can see the dust on every corner and parts of facility in the room. I will not pay my money on such terrible service in the future. However, guys in the restaurant are very kind.
