The staff was amazing. Versace and Nutella made things so much fun. Marlenie at Don Pablo’s and Surari at the steakhouse were incredible. Such a beautiful place and fabulous people.

Beautiful resort, staff was always helpful, courteous, they do a great job. Beach area very nice but not much of a beach as compared to other resorts in the DR. TV was limited in variety for english visitors. Restaurants were good, we only visited the buffets which were included.

The staff and service was excellent; front desk was able to quickly solve anything we needed help with. The rooms and facilities were impeccably clean.

The staff was very polite, welcoming and accommodating. The front desk was able to successfully accommodate a room change due an unexpected issue. Joaquin (@breakfast) was very thoughtful and made sure every breakfast was well taken care of. The buffet staff was quick and friendly. The resort restaurant- “don Pablo” was exquisite! All around a great experience. The only complaint is towards the Bahia App. Not very user friendly.

There was nothing to do. No nightlife, shows, and activities. The worst trip I have ever taken. The food was terrible. I think I lost weight coming to this resort.
The beachfront was atrocious, with no place to sun with all the palm trees the water was murky and gross. This should have by no means highly marked reviews. Stay away and spend your money elsewhere.

Provide shuttle transportation from the airport, charging outlets and electrical upgrades in rooms. These were two huge issues for our stay.
