Been staying here for 20 years on and off. Tried all the others and we always come back here! Fantastic food and service. Nice clean rooms. Great Swimming Pool. Always a fantastic stay! I would not go anywhere else now in Empuria or Roses for that matter!

The hotel is not located close to the beach, however it is an eight minute drive by car which is not bad. The staff are really friendly, the continental breakfast was very good. Nice and clean swimming pool. Free parking next to the hotel was a plus. The rooms were clean but a bit outdated and could benefit from redecorating, it didn’t however bother us much. Overall we have really enjoyed our stay.

Des l’arrivé, la vue sur la piscine est magnifique. Un espace beau certes mais surtout très bien entretenu. L’accueil est chaleureux en espagnol et en francais (et sûrement d’autre langues). Les chambres simples mais propres avec une grande salle de bain et avec une petite terrasse, pratique pour faire sécher les maillots. Le petit déjeuner : buffet sucré salé assez varié pour se faire plaisir. Le cadre extérieur n’est pas parfait car l’hôtel se trouve dans une ZAC mais au moins il n’y a pas trop de bruit autour. Points négatifs : Les murs ne sont pas très bien insonorisé. Du coup tout dépend du savoir vivre de vos voisins. Le restaurant de l’hôtel dépanne si on ne peux pas sortir mais le service est laborieux. Par contre la nourriture est bonne.

Un hostel d apparence topissime un accueil génial avec un personnel à l écoute sauf Le patron qui lorsque nous lui avons demandé pourquoi notre chambre avec une odeur forte très forte d humidité Mais il ne faut pas mettre la clim grrrrrrr Comment dire la seule chose qu il nous a donner c est un tout petit ventilateur( certe l hôtel était plein) Donc imaginé le bruit extérieur plus des douches et chasse d eau des autres chambres attenante à la Notre je n ai dormi que 2h grrrr Notre chambre n était vraiment pas top mais j estime que pour quasi 80euros je peu me permettre de relever le problème avec bien sûre des photos à l appuie mais pas l odeur malheureusement Cordialement

Teníamos ya el coche cargado la víspera cuando nos llaman a las 9 y media de la noche para decirnos que, según ellos, habíamos anulado la reserva y nos iban a cobrar la noche de penalización. Cuando les decimos que eso no es cierto y que vamos a ir al día siguiente tal y como les habíamos confirmado por mail, nos informan que ya no tienen habitaciones libres y nos invitan a irnos a una de inferior categoría a la que habíamos reservado (sin balcón y sabiendo que tenemos perro grande). No nos aportan más solución que decir: lo sentimos mucho. Esto provocó que tuviésemos que anular reservas en restaurantes y en diferentes actividades que teníamos ya previstas porque no se pudo encontrar otro alojamiento en menos de 12 horas. Obviamente, ya han sido denunciados. Evitad este hotel dado que su falta de profesionalidad nunca os permitirá estar tranquilos de si tendréis habitación cuando lleguéis.

Avevo qualche dubbio su questo albergo al momento della prenotazione ma, devo dire, tutto sommato non è andata male. Reception: gentili e disponibili; Camere: un po’ piccole ma comode e pulite; Spazi comuni: ampi anche se, per me che ho problemi di vista, scarsamente illuminati; Piscina: grande con ampi spazi per prendere il sole; Prima colazione: non utilizzata. Vale il prezzo pagato anche se in Cataluña i prezzi, in genere, a parità di classificazione, sono più alti.

Les photos sont attrayantes, trop attrayantes car la déception est à la hauteur. Ca sent mauvais, c'est vieux, très vieux, pas insonorisé, bref, ca vaut même pas un formule1. Une honte.... Je ne recommande cet hôte à personne. Ce n'est pas une surprise qu'il soit en vente depuis des années.

Hice una reserva en este hotel de dos noches, un día antes avisé que mi Madre estaba a punto de morir y no podía ocupar la reserva, pero ellos ya habían cobrado la primera noche y esta es su contestación: Hotel CastellBlanc*** De acuerdo con la política de reservas, tenemos la posibilidad de cobrar el importe de la primera noche de su reserva como garantía. Lamentablemente no pudo venir a nuestro establecimiento, pero como su cancelación se produjo con menos de 5 días de antelación a la fecha de llegada, no podemos ofrecerle un reembolso. Hôtel très propre, piscine sympa, personnel très agréable, petit déjeuner buffet . Malgré une chambre sur rue, c est très calme . Aérodrome à proximité mais pas gênés par le bruit . Parking gratuit et fermé. A environ 2km du centre ville , à pieds sans problème.
