Great staff in the hotel, waiters in the restaurant were friendly and helpful, as was the receptionist in the restaurant and front of house staff. We had occasion to speak with the general manager on a couple of occasions and he was a pleasure to talk to. We would say that for English guests it would help if the staff were more conversant in English. Other than that a great time and we will be going back

Otele arkadaşlarımızla geldik. Otelin konumu itibariyle Girne merkeze yakındı. Yemekleri güzeldi. Oda temizliği güzel yapılıyordu. Otelin misafir ilişkileri çok iyiydi. Özellikle gizem hanımın yaklaşımı, yönlendirmesi bizi çok memnun etti.

Lord palace hotel yıllardır ortamı, yerinin müsaitliği, misafirperverliği, güvenilirliği, hijyeni ve aile ortamı açısından tercih ettiğim bir mekan. Bu bahsettiğim özellikler arasına birde Demir Yılmaz arkadaşım eklendi. İlgisi, alakası, güler yüzlülüğü ve kibarlığı ile her zaman bizi en iyi şekilde ağırladı. Başarılarının devamını diler çok teşekkür ederiz 🙏

The service was not brilliant because Turkey staff don't English.only few waiter understand English and restaurants women manager was not very helpful. Bellboy Oli was good,on reception staff were not helpful, Shoib was very helpful, Raj was very helpful. When ask this morning for 2 hour extention for receptionist told not possible.my experience was really bad with this hotel.When me my sister asked for vegetarian meal no gives us answers. I won't recommend to family members and friends. I have always stayed at Denìzci only fifteen minutes from your hotel. We sitting in reception from 11.30 am but nobody offered water or any drinks

Nil was great on the concierge! ❤️ We absolutely love this hotel. Very kind staff and friendly guests too. We will most certainly return here soon. The pool is big, and the restaurants have great food and options for everyone. Thanks for the stay.

My mind can’t hold it anymore, anything I remember the great Birthday I celebrated with my girlfriend at one of the best hotel in Girne lords palace . My girlfriend made mentioned of this many time.her first time visiting Island . That make me remember the hard working man at the lobby Oli , the guy is so amazing, friendly and helpful in everything, the room given to us was so perfect 809, Mr Oli explain all the concept to us and we spent lovely good 2 night . I have introduce my friends to this hotel and I have promise to come back for Xmas celebrations. Thanks for everything.

Shoib has given very good service in restaurants 👏 👍 Thanks Mr oli bell boy so amazing and helpful and best service to us l LORD Place Hotel to recommend to friends and family thank you for best hospitality. Some Employees are very good and vegetarian food is not upto standard and few waiter understand English.

Oteli şiddetli tavsiye ediyorum. Balayı çifti olarak gittik. Deniz manzaralı odamız, isteğe bağlı olarak ücretsiz şarap, meyve tabağı vs. odamıza geldi. Ayrıca Demir Bey'e çok teşekkür ederiz. Balayı çifti olduğumuz için oda kahvaltı, A La Carte restorantta bir akşam yemeği ve Sky Restorantta ücretsiz kokteyl ikram ettiler. A La Carte' de kesinlikle Khephal tavsiye ediyorum mükemmel bir akşam yemeği yedik.
