I informed Lavanta Residence through the *********** service (there is a reservation print indicating 2 adults +1 child 12 years old!) about the number of guests and the time of arrival (22:00). To our surprise, the receptionist, after consulting with the owner, suggested that 3 guests stay in a cramped double room, or pay for 1 more room, separating the family. Late at night, in a state of extreme fatigue, I was forced to urgently look for a new hotel. I lost time, suffered financially, paid for the negligence of the hotel with my vacation. please take appropriate measures and prevent this from happening in the future
